Miya was always calm, efficient and a good listener during a surprisingly difficult and protracted conveyancing process.

Myself and my ex partner had read so many great reviews about Eric Robinson solicitors so hired them to aid us with the transfer of our house into his name. We were unfortunate enough to get Chantelle Bennett as our solicitor. She has been nothing but unhelpful during this process and has caused numerous delays. On multiple occasions she has not told us what needs doing in order for the transfer to move forward and has not responded to many emails asking her for an update or if we need to do anything else to get things moving quicker. She gave us a date of when the transfer would be done, that was now a couple of months ago and we are still not much further ahead than we were then. It has honestly been one of the worst experiences with a solicitor that either of us have dealt with and we are extremely disappointed and regretful that we chose Eric Robinson Solicitors, I do not recommend them to anyone. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Hazzra Huxford at Eric Robinson is truly exceptional at her job, and I’d recommend dealing with her to anyone. She recently dealt with a property purchase for me.

Hazzra was extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole process. All of the information she provided me with was very well communicated and she carried out all of the necessary research and enquiries in great detail and depth. I was absolutely confident nothing at all would be missed or quickly skimmed through! I felt no need to chase Hazzra up on anything at any point, as it became clear to me (very early on!) that she would reach out to let me know as soon as there were updates on/or I needed to action anything.

Have been holding off on writing a bad review, but it's got to the point with Eric Robinson where I've practically given up any other option.

Michala Ward, our conveyancing solicitor for our house purchase, was pretty good throughout the process, and we completed in just shy of 3 months.

The problems have come since. It seems that once the process is complete, you are completely ditched.

As we have purchased a leasehold property, there are various extra forms we have to fill out, requiring additional documentation. Despite around 10-15 emails to various members of staff at Eric Robinson over the last 3 months, I have still not been able to get this documentation, meaning we are still not technically recognised as the owners of our property, despite it being June when we moved in in December.

One member of staff, Dana Tostevin, ignored my emails for 2 months. Then an additional member of staff, Sara Wilkins, wrote to me to say that Dana no longer worked there, but Sara herself is unresponsive to emails and is still not providing us with the documentation we need.

This is slowly becoming a bit of a nightmare, and Eric Robinson don't seem to care now that the invoice has been paid. I would avoid recommending them.

Since writing the review, ERS have become much more helpful, and I'm positive this will be sorted in a few weeks.

Sylvia Garcia, delt with the selling of my mums flat. It turned into a marathon, due to the buyers solicitors being incompetent and the buyer stalling for time. Sylvia was very much on my side but it was an emotional time for me. Sylvia was very professional with emails and always got back to me when l left a message.
As an older person l would have liked to engage with someone face to face and didn't realise Sylvia was working remotely. But, we got there in the end.
And l thank her for her time and patience.

I found Terry Campbell-Barnard to be very knowledgeable and to have a very practical approach with a great attention to detail. His work was also undertaken in a very timely manner. I can therefore very much recommend him.
