The sales people were great and courteous and the installers were quick, efficient , and cleaned up well, and the fallowing day the gentleman came and picked up the dumpster and signed off the paperwork. Everything seems to be ok except for the rock style flashing.

Good company to work with. Their estimate was a bit higher than some other roofing companies, but I believe the materials they use are of better quality.

The sales guys were very friendly and accommodating. They found a finance company that could get a payment that we could pay. Good communication from all areas of the company.
The 7/8 man team showed up on time and were fast in completing the job in one day. They cleaned up quickly and had all the nails and scraps cleaned up. Answered all our questions and always aware of what was going on around them.

This team of installers was amazing. They started at 8:30 am in the morning for a full tear off and installation. By 6:30 PM they were finished. Incredible workmanship, minimal mess during tear off and very efficient during final completion of the project, same day service. Superior products, great staff and installers.

Erie met all their promises, and the product/installation worked very well for us. They beat their install time and worked through the weekend to complete the job. While there were some problems, we were able to work cooperatively to manage the outcome.

Really glad that we decided to contract Erie Home to install our replacement roof. The salesmen came to the house as scheduled and worked out a great deal. Then committed to keeping us posted with regular status updates about materials and installation date.
They kept the date and installed in 2 days. Looks great.

What a seamless, professional and thorough experience. From quote to finish. This company, created and ran by women, excelled in every area. From the presenter Kelly, who assisted in explanation and pricing, to Cassandra, who drove the work crew, I gave no notes to give. They completed the job within the parameters they outlined and there was absolutely no deviation from the work expectations. It wasn’t till afterwards that read all the negative comments but our girls provided topnotch materials, reasonable pricing and assurances of their warranties. I generally take people at their word; hopefully it will remain positive. Would definitely recommend them. Just use good logic when making your choices.

Empire has a great crew working for them. Used quality products. Cleaned up before then left. I’d hire them again and recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement.

Excellent product, excellent crew applying the product! One thing is, the crew wasn’t very forthcoming about beginning their workday! We managed to get through that!!!

We were impressed with the installation of our new roof by Erie Home. They performed everything that they said they would do. Erie Home showed up on time, removed the existing roof, repaired existing plywood damage, opened up the ridge vent cap, installed the new roof with new vents and ridge cap, and then cleaned up the property very well. All of this in a single day! Overall, we are very pleased with the finished product and Erie Home in general.

Erie Home made what can be a trying experience into a wonderful experience. We love our new roof and wrap around gutter system complete with LeafFilter gutter guards.
