Do not purchase from this store

Do not purchase from this store. Cheap quality for a lace fabric that looks extremely cheap. Shipping took forever once it arrived I placed a return request and since I had used the “join the newsletter” discount code it became a final sale item. This is completely dishonest and false advertising from this cheap “designer”

Terrible and dishonest customer experience — stay away

I had an awful experience with Erika Peña and deeply regret ever trying to purchase from this company. I was shopping for a birthday dress and selected an item based on photos that clearly showed a dress with a belt/scarf. Only after completing the purchase did I realize that I was charged $142 for just the belt/scarf, not the dress itself. Yes, I acknowledge that I should have read the description more carefully — however, the product photos were extremely misleading and created the clear impression that a dress was included.

I contacted the company immediately, before the item was shipped and before I received anything. Despite this, I was told they have a strict no-return policy and could only offer $133 in store credit, claiming the rest was taken by the government as tax — which makes absolutely no sense for an order that was never fulfilled or delivered.

I tried resolving this through my bank, but the charge was still applied in October. When I contacted Erika Peña again in November, I was told they were “still in dispute with the bank,” even though the bank had already confirmed the company received the funds. Now it is February, and no one has followed up. I never received the product, never received the promised store credit, and the company simply kept my money.

This feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is shocking for a brand charging luxury prices. I feel taken advantage of and completely ignored.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. This was an awful experience from start to finish.

Review of Jeanine lace dress 678 USD

Review of Jeanine lace dress for which I paid 678 USD: Absolutely the cheapest and worst fabric I have ever seen: rough lace that scratches the skin, no label indicating fabric, care, country of manufacturing, and no return policy, just a scam!

WARNING

WARNING: do not buy from this company, it’s a scam! Many reviews online, horrible quality made in China and the customer service refuses to make things right. They also filter all the reviews on their website, so nothing bad shows up

The worst dress ever

Absolutely terrible … I was so excited to see this dress! Saved for it for months and once I had it i was about to cry … I’m paying 500€ for a dress that looks like from SHEIN. Wrapped in plastic, claiming to be sustainable. It’s way too big even though I ordered a s. It looks so cheap I can’t even wear it !! Don’t fall for this … and than no REFUNDS ! That’s absolutely insane !! This company needs to take accountability

Beware of no exchanges no returns! The quality does not match the price!

I read the reviews with regards to not receiving the items timely and the quality. I did not read the reviews or policies regarding there are no returns. I received the item timely. The quality is not matching the price. The items are something to be purchased on Amazon or SHEIN. The one size fit all -fits the size of a bus! I’m 5’5 and I wear a size 8. But the policy of no exchange no return is ridiculous for the amount of money that you pay for these items. I would not recommend this company to no one because of the quality of the fabric is substandard, and the sizing is misleading.

Not for us tall girls... And the fabric is cheap

The products shipped and arrived in time but the quality and fit aren't close to what's on the site. I purchased the Avana pants in two colors. From the pictures and description, says the pants are high on the waist and extra long to the floor. Clearly her models were short. These pants were not designed to touch the floor for any women beyond 5 foot 4. So glad I didn't purchase the full outfit. To add insult to injury the fabric is very cheap. I'd return them but the restocking fee and the run around isn't with it.

Beautiful designs but poorly made

Beautiful designs but poorly made. They give a discount if you review well before payment. Asking to have manufacturing faults fixed before pick up cost an extra $45! In both garments the dye has faded in spots...so disappointing.

This company scammed me of over a…

This company scammed me of over a thousand dollars through false advertising of their clothing (sending out something that doesn't at all reflect the picture, and sending the wrong size and then not sending hundreds of dollars of another order.) Also, it's all made in China where the delivery note came from and the quality is now awful. Used to be a fan but do not spend your money here you will never see it again. They also have a no refund policy exchanges only and they Re refusing to deal with the incorrect items sent to me - do not buy

SCAMMED!

SCAMMED!
When visiting het site I got a pop-up: ‘become a member of our Goddess Tribe and receive 15% on your first order’. I used the code to order a cotton pants and top (525 euro’s). The quality is soooo basic: could have been a ZARA item. I wanted to Exchange it for something else as the fitting was not as aspected. I did send an exchange request and the answer was:
as you have used a discount code the items have become sale items and we do not accept returns or Exchanges for our sale. We truly appreciate that you understanding our legal terms… I replied that I did not understand as it was not mentioned by the welcome to our Goddess Tribe discount and asked for and Exchange to make me actualy feel part of the tribe, and a happy customer. Never received an answer! The cheapest items are over 200 dollar up to 500 and this is how she treats her new customers…
