First time buyer- and I purchased just from looking online and I was absolutely shocked when i opened it and they are just laminate covers like I could laminate them myself at home- like that kind of laminate! They also scratch and scuff almost instantly because they are laminated, so not a practical or hardy choice for a highly used item. I haven't even used these yet and they are already scratched.

I loved the designs that i had chosen, but i was expecting them to be a beautiful tactile finish, like the laminate was the print- but no- it looks like a home job.

Then the paper. I had read the paper was something special- thick and luxiourous. Nope. The paper is also nothing special. It's not super thin paper, but it isn't thick like i was expecting and is textured, a bit like recycled paper. I like that it is perforated, and the binder looks strong, but I am super disapponted, and I bought 4 all at once! The covers disappoint me the most.

I will use them because I have them now, but I wont be buying again.

I've been purchasing their Life Planner every year since 2015 but the past few years they have really been going downhill. First they eliminated the clear zippered pouch that came with all LPs, then they got rid of the black coil, then the perpetual calendar and the complimentary cards. Their sticker books are smaller but the price increased. They don't ship their products in pretty MCC boxes anymore, it's just a plain Kraft box and no more colorful tissue paper. All of the extra special touches that I enjoyed are now gone and it's just another planner company trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. Very disappointed in their shrinkflation. My last order I was sent the wrong color of cover plus it took 3 weeks which is the longest I've ever had to wait for my order. Plus their designs haven't been the greatest lately. The company was a whole lot better when Erin ran everything. Will be looking for a new planner company for next year.

I ordered a planner, and not only is it late, but they have not reached out about it being late to let me know there is any kind of issue. You cannot email them unless it is Mon-Fri 8-5. I am tied up during that time, so what are my options? Unbelievable. I have ordered here before with no issues; however, this is the last time.

Terrible customer service....Order is over a month late and no word on when it is going to ship. I have emailed customer service and they will not respond. I have also tried the chat service and cannot get a customer service representative to help.

I purchased a $200 e-gift card for a birthday gift. The email never arrived! To speak to someone I need to schedule a call weeks out, I sent an email several days ago that has not been responded to, and when I tried to use chat during the available hours, all agents were busy and I was told to pick a different way to connect.

Horrible customer service. They’re unresponsive for a week now. I ordered a planner first week of July 2025, it was slated to ship last week of July 2025. It’s now the second week of August and still nothing. Not shipped, no update from Erin Condren. It’s just awful. Don’t waste your time or money with them. I wish I’d have checked reviews on here before I bought one.

I ordered a teacher planner and it took months. There were a lot of excuses. After it came even though I had been told it was worth the wait, it was not. There were torn pages and the stickers included made no sense and did not go with the theme. I had really loved my planner from them last year, but this go around was different. I am disappointed in the quality and now am stuck with it as I mistakenly ordered a custom title page.

Ordered my planner at the beginning of January.
I already had a bad issue with another company so I tried this instead.
I knew it would be shipped the 22nd January and I agreed. The product has been shipped the 17th Jan so I was very happy.
Unfortunately my package remained blocked at FedEx for over a week so at the end the planner arrived even more in delay than expected.
In the meantime I wrote to the customer service who just replied me with a default very well written email that I thought they were sincere.
My planner has finally arrived after a seven days delay.

I wish I could say I'm happy.
But I'm not.
I got a planner from someone else because I asked it customized with my name and I got one with some other letters on.
I'm very UNHAPPY.

I have purchased nearly $500 in product since January of this year. In my first order, I purchased journaling pens. Two of the twelve pen tips were broken, and when I reported it to them, all I got was an "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." I decided to give them another try, so I made several additional purchases (without product issues). I just learned that they have a rewards program, so I signed up, then chatted with a Customer Service associate to see if I could get Insider points for the purchases I have made this year. "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." For real!?!? I think I'm going to go back to purchasing from Plum Paper. Their products and customer service are far better than EC. And they ship UPS. EC ships FedEx, and I have received every order two days AFTER the scheduled delivery date.

Multiple incorrect orders-it can't just be me! I have ordered maybe 5/6 times and most of the orders have a mistake.
Again, my order has arrived and it's wrong. Customer services are polite but don't really do much other than offer a replacement which will ship within 3-5 business days. Having already waited 2-3 weeks and the error being theirs, this seems like a poor way to treat customers. Lots of 'we are sorry' but no real accountability. It's a shame as this used to be a good brand. AVOID!

Terrible customer service. There is no one to talk to. I scheduled 2 phone calls and no one called back at the scheduled time. Finally I did a chat today and wasted more time. I wanted to place the order with a representative and she told me to go online.I had a credit so I wanted to order through the representative. It was a total waste of time. I asked for supervisor contact. Do not order from Erin Condrin. After this planner I will go back to Franklin Planner where you get customer service. I thought I would try something different.

Amazing!! I’ve been getting accessories and notebooks from Erin Condren since 2018 and absolutely adore Erin and her company. Her products help you to get more done in your life, set goals, and make lists. One day I hope to meet Erin Condren and I aspire to be like her one day.♥️📒

P.S her bullet journals are my absolute favourite!

I love EC planners and products! I’ve been a customer since 2015 and love love love the life planners.
Every issue that I’ve ever had has been handled which them taking ownership and making sure they have a return customer. Totally worth the price.
