Avoid at all costs. Order from last December still has not arrived. Repeated promises it was on the way, tracking number would not work. Have asked for either delivery or a refund. Latest email query has bounced back. Suspect I have to put that one down to experience.

This is INSANE! Ordered in December, still haven’t received items, because they sent it to the wrong COUNTRY! Tried to get in touch with the company to tell them that. They still haven’t admitted their error, because they said it was my fault. Sent them a copy of the receipt, but still no refund. If this company sold items for a penny, don’t buy from them!! Liars, thieves, and down right STUPID! Zero stars!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 cheese boards early December - they never arrived. Contacted via email in January and they said they had been shipped but cannot be tracked. Emailed again today and the email is now not recognised. Can’t claim refund as I paid with debit card. AVOID!!!!

I ordered from this company December 21 and never received my purchase....I was scammed, do not order anything from this company.

Ordered on December 4th still didn't receive anything. I sent them an email they send they had problems with the shipping company. Still didn't receive anything. Now the email doesn't work anymore. SCAM

Total scam! Emails are bouncing back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered boards before Christmas 2021 as gifts.
I live in B.C. Western coast Canada, they were delivered across the country Eastern Canada. I have proof from Canada post it was delivered to wrong location.
I contacted this company they assured me that this is their error & that they would re send the 3 boards to my work address.
Nothing has arrived, I have tried to contact them but the email is no longer working. They have NOT fulfilled the order that they have been paid for.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty from this company.

Looks like they taken down their website. Tried for months to get a Refund. They said the would send a replacement but when I asked for a tracking number they provided the original tracking number. Even at one point they blamed the shipping department and said they had fired them all and would I wait a few more days. I did pay for the item using PayPal. Waiting to hear what PayPal can do

I have had the same problem as all of you, my package was addressed to another person, my question is: can these people be reported?

Scam. Ordered the kitchen pots 5th December 2021 never turned up the tracking number they gave me did not exist . Emailed them 15 times and this morning tried again and now there email does not exist

Sorry to duplicate this review from what everyone has said, but definitely a scam! Ordered in December, emailed in January and got a response saying I'd get a tracking number within 3 days. I've had no further communication, I've emailed again today and the email address is now closed. I would suggest avoiding this company completely.

I bought luggage 3 months ago, at first they answered my emails and entertain me with a tracking number that never existed saying is taking long because of pandemic, after some time the email address is giving an error and is not found. No other way of contact...

I have ordered from them 3 months ago. I got a tracking number but it seems that they just have duplicated a tracking number which has been issued by another company. The package with this tracking number has arrived to another post office and it has been directed to another person, i.e - my name was not appearing on the package at all. I have sent them an email, they have respond that they understand and would re send the goods. Nothing happened yet and their service email is no longer valid... ☹

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I complaint a few times after not even getting a tracking number and they got back saying there were problems with their air and to be patient. After waiting for almost 3 MONTHS I tried to complain again and I get an error auto reply saying the email address doesn’t exist anymore. I’m so disappointed but I guess that’s my lesson for falling for an Instagram ad. Never again.

so have been asking for my money back for weeks now for 2 cheeseboards and not only have they kept fobbing me off for weeks have now blocked me on everything!!

If there were the option for no stars that is what they'd recieve. Ordered 2 cheese boards. Chased them several times, but no joy. Since raising a dispute with my credit card and having had a refund miraculously I have now had an email with shipping details and tracking number. I will still be amazed if this turn up. Avoid this company like the plague

I ordered 2 cheeseboards 9th Dec 21. Didn't get a tracking number, emailed them on the 20th January, I got a tracking number which said it was delivered on the 18th January, rang the post office, it was delivered but not my name or my address. Emailed and told it would be the sent in 7 days but now that time is up and the email is now in known. It may be not a lot of money to some but I am a pensioner. They must be making thousands of pounds. I only ordered due to the great reviews. I feel so stupid. 🙈🙈🙈🙈
