Ok, I’m here to revise my previous review. I did have a couple mishaps and after the 2nd time. I went straight to a bad review, rather then notifying them to give them a chance to rectify it. That was unfair on my part, as they absolutely went to extra mile to make things right. They do have great customer service, and stand behind their product.

Paris was extremely helpful and looking up my order. She found that my order had been sitting for days with no movement. She rectified the situation by sending me out a new order with no cost to me. Fleshy pro broke, but quick fix.
My product broke a few months into using it, but Paris R from Customer Support really helped me with my faulty product. She was helpful, quick in assessing my needs, and came up with a solution asap. Now I will have a replacement so no worries. Will definitely keep using this brand in the future.

Horrible device
Horrible device, it's neither pleasant or lifelike feeling. That's personal opinion. The only good thing about this was their customer service, Paris helped me right away and was pleasant and understanding and solved my problem.
