My experience with Erovenus was a very professional and personal experience. Their great staff exceeded the service of large companies like Amazon. I live in Alaska, so shipping is usually a difficult process, however Frank at customer service took care of the whole shipping process which is more than any company I know would do. I purchased the Yuki doll which arrived in a nondescript box exactly as advertised. The Yuki doll impresses me every time I touch it; it is perfectly dense and squishy in all of the right places. This was my first doll which I think the Yuki is a great inexpensive way to see if dolls are something you would be into. The cleaning after use of the doll is very easy because Yuki only weighs 20lbs. The included douche bottle works great and I find that after a few wet wipes she is as good as new. I am starting to look for a full sized doll with a head to improve the realism. In the future I would love to see a full sized doll with a removable vagina to make the cleanup process quick and discreet. From now on I couldn't see myself purchasing a doll anywhere else. My message for any guy wondering if a doll is right for you I would say get the Yuki and she will convince you!

My first time buying a doll from erovenus and everything from the website experience, customer support, and the packaging and shipping was excellent. I was very impressed with how they packaged the doll with so much care which is important because the last thing you want is a broken doll to arrive after waiting 2 or more weeks.

As for the doll itself (Vanessa) the skin details and the appropriate softness of each body part was very realistic. The love holes had amazing detail and the feeling of them were excellent. Skeletal movements were working well as advertised and adds to the realism.

One thing I did not like was the chemical smell of the doll which quickly filled the environment, but is common with dolls in general. After cleaning it for the first time the smell was less noticeable and I imagine after the 2nd or 3rd it'll be mostly gone.
