I was a bit nervous as never have ordered from this shop before. Reviews from trustpilot were reassuring and I went ahead. Only downside I could not track my order but it was delivered within 5 days from order as promised on the site. It was shipped to Ireland.
Purcell came sound. Happy with my kettle. It was still cheaper to get it from Italy and pay big enough shipping fee rather than order from the shop in Ireland. Shame as Irish shops loosing the clients over the greed.

I had an amazing experince with erresse online shop. I live outside of the EU and I bough a coffe grindler on their website. It was not easy for me because I ordered the parcel to the hotel and I tried to get the Tax free. I reached to eresse customer service online and first experience was great, they instructed me and followed all delivery steps because at the first try it was refused by the hotel somehow even though I informed them, we arranged the time with erresse and it was delivered on the next day. They even followed up the whole delivery process.
Apart from that they communicated for me for the necessary documents for the tax free and gave me the clear instruction for what needs to be done. I just sent them the digitally stamped tax free form and hopefully I will also get my tax free . I also had a similar experience with the biggest online shop and I spent couple days just to explain their agents why do I am eligible to get a tax free for the online shopping. So compared with them eresse's team is amazing!
