I ordered and paid for a ladder on 12/10/24. I have asked for a cancellation when it was longer than 30days and no delivery. texted 3 times since then and it has now been 89 days since i requested a refund. the last contact the company made to me was in Feb.2024. to date, there has been no further contact and no refund.
I ordered a Birthday gift for my grandson Feb. 7th for March 12th. As the time got closer to his birthday and the toy hadn’t arrived I sent an email inquiring about when I should expect it. I was told the same as the others I’ve read, that they were back ordered, so busy…it would be shipped out by March 9th. My grandson’s birthday came and went and no gift. I realized that this company is hiding behind the Costco name, which I trust and I’m sure so many do as well. I would like to know where the headquarters is for this company so I can report them to the Better Business Bureau!
At the moment, I am in the midst of a transaction with them. They had delays in shipping and offered a refund to which I gave additional time to fulfil. Finally I have now request a refund and have been promised within 7 days. Lets see how that goes.
Been waiting for a toy I ordered for a month. Amazon would have been overnight. E mails keep saying they are so… busy. Contacting my attorney and my bank.
IT'S A SCAM!!! thought it was costco I was ordering from.
SCAM!!! Please do Not buy from this seller. As the other reviews say they used Costco as a cover. I thought it was fine. So I order my sewing machine. I saw the charge was not from Costco on my bank account and reached out for a refund. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to see it on my account. Its been over month. I went back to my emails and all their responses are gone and the order number that I had typed in on my emails color changed to a light grey barely seeable color on the email. Its a huge SCAM!
I got scammed thinking I was buying from Costco
Ordered item..charged my card..never received item..had to cancel card because after sale they went back and charged my card another $.40 cent..seeing if they could enter my account to withdraw more money! Big scam!!
I got scammed buying a bike. They used fake Costco website. I reported them with the FTC. I got respond from them.

They are scammers, they use Costco as the website. After searching Moxie toy for my son it came on Costco website and I purchased it. After purchased a strange website came which made to have doubts about the company. Right away i contacted them to refund my money but they refused. I have to contact my bank.
I was shopping for a dollhouse for my granddaughter. Cosco came up and I clicked on it. Nice house. Great Price. (Too good to be true. Should have known better.) It was. After I paid for it I received an email that didn't have Cosco.com. I called Cosco customer service and they verified it wasn't their order number or an item they sold. I called my credit card company to stop the charge. It was already pending and they have to wait until it goes through to take action. Later that same Item came up with the company called Evo Hemp. I looked that up and it's a company selling cannabis products. The phone number was a fire safety Co. Another words. Don't buy anything from these thieves! The vender's name on the credit card is: ibendart.com
Don't even try buying from this website. Ngl, I'm not a bot, just a victim from this scam website. I was trying to buy a christmas present or $50 dollars from this website but later found out that I got scammed. AGAIN, I AM A VICTIM AND I'M TELLING YOU THAT THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!
