I sent an email to customer service today and within a half hour or less I received a reply! I always appreciate when companies make sure they don’t leave you hanging!

As many others have said, it’s impossible to get any customer service. I received a text stating my order is on its way with a cost of $76.00! I did not order this again as I did not like it. I don’t know how to get help???

I ordered over a month ago and have yet to get my order.

I am in my 70s. I do not drink coffee. I received 2 bags in the mail from Earth labs, I went on the internet, trying to send it back. Finally, I taped it up and sent it back and then 2 more bags came, and now I just noticed they charged my bank account. Another $75, I have never ordered this coffee they won't. They don't have a phone number. There's no way to get in contact with them. Their email address is wrong.I'm tired of itI just got home from being in the hospital and I have 2 bags of erth coffee that I did not order I know I didnt give my credit card and then the mail came and 2 note bags. I font want it I don't need it and I don't want it..how did they recieve my information.

Buyer beware. It is a monthly subscription product and do not honour that I did not subscribe. The order took a very long time to arrive and would not accept the return of their product. Very disappointing.

Well your original delivery and coffee was very good. Unfortunately for you I'm moving to Thailand. Good for me .

It tasted great but didn't notice much of a brain support. I do not want any more product! I enjoyed it for quite a while! Your customer service is excellent!

Thank you for your quick response to my problem.

Well, I placed my order on 8/16/26 and it's never arrived. The tracking system never moved. I contacted them 8/26 and had gotten 1 email back saying they were forwarding my info to an upper level C/S. So, it's been 3 working days. Nothing! Then I went into the Client Portal and notice that they had entered me on a repeat subscription. Plus the portal said I order the product on 8/16 and received it 8/17???? I would RUN AWAY from ordering with this company. They put their money into Marketing and not fulfillment and customer service.

I ordered it and it showed shipped through UNIUNI and received a tracking number.
Tracking never updated so I wrote Erth and is all you get is an AI generated message saying they were behind and please wait. I wrote back to cancel the order, and it said it couldn't cancel because it already shipped.....LOL!
I had to contact my bank to cancel and refund my payment.

The first shipment never made it to me, but after making them aware, they reshipped and it got here in a timely fashion.

Easy to make, tastes good if a little weak. (I prefer dark roast so that is why )

I have. STILL not received my order that was placed on 8/8/26. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order. It might taste great, but I guess I’ll never know. Customer service said they were running behind on fulfilling orders with no other explanation. I’m disappointed with Erth.

Where's my order? I did paid two Erth coffee orders mailed to 15685 Chestnut way changed I moved to new home address. Please resent previous orders to my new home address 930 Goose Creek The Villages, FL from now on . Any questions

I didn't realize the order came with a subscription. I really wanted to try Erth but didn't want to feel committed. I appreciated the quick response to my problem. Now I can enjoy my experience in trying Erth. I have health and digestive issues and I'm hoping Erth will help. If it does, I will be back to purchase again.

I have never sampled mushroom coffee, it was okay but it’s just not for me. I’m sticking with my coffee press… I just enjoy a morning coffee with more caffeine.

Poor quality. Compared to the other, more popular product, it has absolutely no positive effects. The taste is bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because it’s simply a waste of money.
