The product tastes great and has definitely helped me to fall asleep faster. Having tracked my data using a WHOOP band for over a year it is interesting to see the data. The two big changes are falling asleep faster and waking up less. And also my HRV has increased.

Makes me feel groggy and hungover in the morning - feels similar to an Advil PM. Get deep sleep, but also get headaches, poor mood, lethargic, lack of motivation the next day. Tried with half a packet and still felt the same effects. I definitely felt the deeper sleep, but The deep sleep effect isn't worth the hangover in the morning. I'll save these for days when I am really having trouble sleeping and when I have time to sleep in or take naps the next day, but not something I will take everyday like it is advertised.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the product affect individuals according to their existing sleep quality and patterns of REM and SWS/deep sleep vary. Your experience of waking up groggy is typical of someone waking up in a REM sleep stage, instead of a light sleep stage.
We suggest you to try it for a few nights in a row, and see if there is a change in the patterning for you as it does take ~4 nights to come to a steady state.

I've used both the Hydrate and Sleep products and love them both.
I find my recovery is better after I use them individually and combined as well. It's these little things that fine tune my overall wellness, performance and quality of life. I do WAY better on a good sleep and hydrated brain and these both help!

I love the taste of ERW active
I love the taste of ERW active, it is not sweet and feel like I can drink it all along my rides. The sackets are a very convenient way to carry extra during long rides.
My only suggestion would be to package all powder in a compostable bag with no additional sackets to minimize trash or to use compostable single use sackets.
