not happy! Still waiting on parcel to arrive
I am still waiting for my parcel. Unlike DE UK where I receive multiple emails explaining that my parcel is on it way and have the choice to redirect my parcel to a pickup point, DE Spain have sent me one email stating that my parcel has been dispatched, that was a week ago. I contacted them via email for which I received instant replies but not once did they tell me that they had a 2 day national holiday hence the delay! Anyway one week and no parcel so was told to wait until Monday and then to get in touch (to UK CustomerCare)

My honest experience and what I would add in the future
For me the best point is, Designer Exchange has a stylist who works with you on pieces advising what is relevant and what will work with your current wardrobe and style. This for me is a personal touch that keeps me going back as I end up with items I wouldn't have normally bought but love.
I check here first when I have a special event or occasion as there are new pieces every day and sometimes it is hard to keep track of all the new pieces - but this is not a complaint!
After verifying the first items I got in store, I've stopped verifying as everything is authentic and real designer pieces. This was a worry at first for me and now it doesn't cross my mind when I get a new item.
What I would like to see in the future is a way to set alerts on the website, for example, an email to notify me when a "white Loewe handbag" comes in or a "green Hermès scarf" is added.

Totally worth it!!
I simply cannot recommend this brand enough! I have purched from them handbags from all brands such as Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Celine... and they were all in pristine condition. The price range is big and the price tag very fair taking in consideration the state of the bags. My latest purchase was a lady Dior bag and the one and only nano Celine and I'm in loveeee. Thanks to the two beautiful ladies that made the experience as nice as it always is!! I'll definetly keep purchasing from them in the near future.
