The shoes are very warm
The shoes are very warm and comfortable.
I think the boot is too high, for the people who don't wear boots shoes, as we have generated a little discomfort in the achilles part.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
I bought a pair of winter boots and they are getting unglued in two places after only a few days of wearing them. Also, the inner sole keeps sliding up the heel which is really annoying.
Why do I give 5 stars?
Because from the moment I’ve reached out to their Customer Service, they’ve been absolutely unstoppable to solve my problem and ensure I’m happy with my shoes.
They’ve proposed new inner soles and sent them as soon as I selected the ones I wanted from their website. They’ve return part of the cost of the shoes.
More recently, when I contacted them about the ungluing, they’ve immediately proposed to send a new pair.
So far, their Customer Service has been very quick to reply and very responsive. You can see they carefully read what you write and that their focus is on custom satisfaction.

First time buyer
First of all, the company was really proactive in communicating with the courier to guarantee a speedy delivery! (We live in the middle of nowhere!) Now that I have my barefoot shoes I am the most happy person. I suffer from an old injury and walking barefeet helps soothing my right ankle, knee and hip. The shoes are extremely comfortable, easy to adapt to and the transition from normal shoes was seamless. Thank you Saguaro. I will return to your company when in need of a new pair. All the best.
