Excellent service from Zonamber. I arrived in Tenerife and my internet was not working. I went to Zonamber and spoke to Gabriela who is always very helpful and she advised me what to check. Went home still didn't work so rung Gabriela, that afternoon Zonamber sent a technician to my home and the problem was solved. Fantastic service, good prices and I highly recommend Zonamber to anyone looking for good reliable internet.

Would not recommend - waste of money and they made us pay MORE money before boarding the catamaran although we had paid in full while booking online.
The boat was crowded despite Covid restrictions as was the bus - they were 40 minutes late starting the journey after seating us in the bus. Given that we were seated at the very back with masks it was extremely uncomfortable.
There is not a whole lot in the cruise - we did get to see dolphins close up but thats about it. The lunch served was poor and extremely salty and most left their plates more than half full.
Was of day and money - avoid this trip.
