DIY Salon quality hair color
I’m so happy to have stumbled across eSalon! The site is easy to navigate and in a few minutes I had my ideal color setup for delivery.
The product itself is of high quality and the instructions easy to follow. I love how the instructions and serums are all personalized with my name. Nice touch!
Afterwards, my hair feels and smells like I just walked out of the salon and the color keeps well until my next shipment arrives.

Very Good Product and Service
As a sick person who often can't leave the house for long, this is an excellent service. Everything you need comes in a box. I ordered extra items like the mixing bowl, clips and timer, as it was on offer. It is very well made and very handy! The product I ordered was without ammonia and it worked very well on my hair. I like that I have an expert I can ask questions and adjust my custom colour. Thank you eSalon!
PS. most of box hair dye products always ran with the water for few showers after application, this product actually stays on!

Great customer service
The customer service and care about their products make this a great experience. The hair color was a bit off but they worked woth me to get closer to what I wanted without having to visit a professional.

My pakage was stopped at the border, I didn’t know it is sent from UK, and Dannish custom service put on it ekstra fee( 300dkk when the while package value was 500dkk) I refused to pay it so my order was send back to you, so I don’t have my order, paid 500dkk and no product or money refund.

Everything was wrong
You never got the color right, little amount of dye, it didn't cover the gray hair AT ALL, and for that price it was terrible.

Ive never been this happy with my hair before, and it’s so much cheaper than going to the salon. Even though it’s cheaper to buy, the hair looks and feels the same, if not better!, as if I were to go to the salon. Honestly I feel salon visits can be difficult, because for me I have a sensitive scalp and it feels much nicer to work on your own hair. Also I was never good at explaining what it is I want, to get the result I want. E-salon solved both of those problems for me!
Choosing a color is easy with the quiz you get first time buying e-salon. After that you can always speak or write a message to a hair colorist if you want to make any changes, big or small! Just fanstastic!
I’ve been using e-salon for a year now and I think it is getting easier and easier to apply the hair color each time I do it. The only bit that I think can be a bit tricky in the beginning, is knowing how to section the hair to ensure all of your hair got color on it, but that gets much easier over time, and e-salon even has videos to help you learn how to apply the color and more. You get easy to follow instructions and along with the videos it’s basically all you need, with some practice!
Lastly I feel the need to mention that the customer service is absolutely fantastic. They are so kind, patient and helpful.
10/10 definitely recommend e-salon.
