Super easy process

The process was very easy
The process was very easy, but I did have a difficult time understanding the therapist with her thick accent. I would have loved to give 5 stars but when I went to the site, a pop up said to enter a code for 15% off. The code kept saying invalid when I tried to enter it. I sent an e-mail about it but nobody responded.

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic, but the therapist that called me (Lissette Tolentino) was amazing but her accent was so strong I could barely understand her… I hated having to make her repeat herself. I would also hate, not being to understand the questions and maybe answering them incorrectly.

The customer service is top notch and ease of the entire process in receiving my letter took 3 days and was a complete breeze from submitting my application to speaking with my therapist and receiving my letter. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a legit ESA letter.

Awesome experience after talking to so many scammers. I am an RN and my dog is a service dog. Julie was awesome with ESA, as was Dr. Clarizio.
