Harvia sauna heater
Good afternoon,
I ordered a Harvia sauna heater.
I have to say that the delivery was ok, in time.
Good communication.
But when i did send them by mail a question how to connect a cable, because it was nog clear for me in the description they reffered to the manuel all the time.
This a few times, after the third email in which i again told them it was not clear for me in the manuel and did send them a picture with the question to mark the two points where to connect the cable, they did not respond any more.
Think if it clear for them in the manuel its a small thing to help a customer and mark the two points.
Now i have a product which i cannot use because i have no idea to connect.
So really bad service.

I must say
I must say, I wasn't sure about this online store at first (I thought it was one of those fake online stores, that take people's money but never send anything). But I decided to risk. And I discovered that actually it's a serious store. Had an issue with one product, and I was very pleased to see that I was taken seriously and the problem was solved.
