Escalent is the parent company of CSpace where
I was a community member in one of their market research communities. During my time in the community I had the opportunity to provide feedback on various client specific topics. It was a very interesting experience with very interesting topics. Members received gift cards for their contributions. I did encounter difficulties redeeming some gift cards and it took time for support to respond but my issues did get resolved thanks to the Escalent & CSpace support team. For those having issues redeeming gift cards do reach out to support but please be patient and respectful and you should eventually get a response. The experience was well worth my time and I recommend anyone invited to a community to give it a try.

Escalent is a market research company that performs data collection and analysis for large international companies.

I recently responded to an Escalent survey on Insurance that promised a $20 Amazon credit. Foolishly, I spent my time responding……….for a ZERO Amazon credit. I have attempted to resolve the issue three times using Escalent’s Contact Us page (note they have a dedicated form for missing honorariums. Think this happens often?). Three times and no response from anyone at Escalent.

If you like that warm feeling that your opinion is being asked, by all means respond to their e-mails. If they’ve promised you something, don’t expect to receive it or get a response when you ask them to fulfill their promise.

I am going to Escalent’s web site now to remove my e-mail address………..but given what I’ve seen of their Customer Service I doubt they will be able to accomplish that.
