Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. ELVIN was excellent with his rapid response to my request for boarding passes. Departure and return passes were emailed straight away to me. Thank you for your prompt service

22 days to process a refund!!!!

My partner started booking with this company, everything was going fine....until they asked for the One Time Passcode (OTP). Everyone says you should never give out the OTP, not even to your bank or card supplier, so my partner dropped the call as she suddenly didnt trust the company.
However the booking for the hotel had been processed, but no booking confirmation was ever sent, further adding to the lack of trust.
I had a heated telephone call with one of their agents who was extremely condescending and refused to acknowledge the fact that we did not want to complete the booking to start with.
After a rather heated discussion, he agreed to process a refund, "within 2 days". I had to send an email confirming i wanted a refund and the reply confirmed 3-4 business days.
I had to chase the refund after 6 business days, after 9 days i was advised they couldnt process the refund so wanted account details, which i sent, and that was the last i heard from them via email, even after sending a chaser email 5 days later.
After waiting a further 3 days i decided to call and was able to speak to an agent who spoke to the finance team and got the refund processed within the hour.

Such an unfortunately long process from start to finish for a refund of monies that should not have been taken in the first place. Also had i not called, and spoken to the very helpful Alex, i would have still been waiting for the refund.

A negative process from the request for the OTP right up to speaking with Alex (who was great)

By seeing your file it’s been noticed that we were trying to book flights from your card and due to bank security reason you need to approve the payment from your end.

As we booked your hotel and when we try to book your flights call went cut off and you have not approved the payment to book your flights.

Being non refundable hotel we booked we spoke to the suppliers and refunded your money back and cancelled the entire holiday.

we apologize for the inconvenience.

Helped with cancellation

Unfortunately my partner had an accident a few days before the holiday and was hospitalised. We had to cancel. Elvin was very good in helping with the paperwork so we could make an insurance claim. Thank you

I’m very happy with the response that I got there was a lot of issues that had to be sorted out for my end, but I was very helpful and very understanding and great patience. Good and fast service

Alice helped us through live chat with our request and then offered to call and helped us sort out our booking and payments. Even offered a room upgrade with discounts applied. Overall good service. Looking forward to the holiday.
