Breach of guidelines
Would not recommend
Would not recommend. I ordered a long-tail cargo e-bike that was listed as available and paid in full. I was later informed that the bike is discontinued and cannot be supplied, while it continues to be shown as available online.
The alternatives offered required additional payment and did not match the original use case. After several weeks of trying to find a solution, I have now requested a refund and am currently awaiting confirmation.
I have also reported this to Citizens Advice due to concerns about how the product was advertised.
Sharing my experience for transparency.

An experience that damaged my health!
Ordered a FIIDO M1 PRO bike from this retailer on 23rd Feb via the Cycle 2 Work scheme. UPS scheduled to deliver the bike on the 6th Mar. Took an unpaid day off for the delivery to which UPS didn’t show. Bike was then delivered on Monday 9th Mar and because two driver were not sent I had to help them deliver my own parcel myself, spraining my wrist in the process! On the 11th Mar the motor failed rendering the bike unrideable! Sent the retailer video evidence of the issue on the same day. Two weeks later no response from the retailer other than ‘we appreciate your patience’. In the meantime reached out to FIIDO who replied a few days later to advise they were in contact with the retailer and the delay was because they received incorrect information from the retailer relating to the problem however the replacement part has been sent to the retailer! No update from the retailer the following week. Contacted the retailer to request a replacement bike, retailer declined to offer a replacement and advise they would carry out a warranty repair but didn’t have the part yet! 1st April another unpaid day off work to wait in for the bike to be collected from my flat by eScooterClinic via UPS - three weeks after going faulty! Another week passed, no contact from retailer, emailed asking specific questions. No response! Four weeks since the bike failed and no response to my questions around resolution. Monday 20th April was 6 weeks since I received a faulty bike from eScooterClinic to which no repair or replacement had been carried out.
Emailed eScooterClinic to exercise my Customer Law rights and formally requested a refund (for the 3rd time). retailer ignored my emails and continued to carry out a warranty repair! My employer then had to get involved after which they finally agreed to issue a full refund back to my employer for the cost of the bike and refund the Halfords fee I had to pay separately. Retailer advised refund 7-14 days which basically means the paperwork for them to issue the refund will sit on their desk for this period of time before they action it! In the meantime I have opted (with the backing of my employer) to put together a case with my evidence to take them to the small claims court to recover lost wages and travel expenses incurred due to this unnecessary delayed issue that FIIDO confirmed via email was solely down to the retailer! What makes this worst was the bike was to enable me to get to and from work and do some active fitness in the process as well as support my mental health. This delay in resolving has had a massive negative effect on my health but more so than that eScooterClinic is preventing me from getting a different bike elsewhere whilst they continue to delay the refund due to my myself abd my employer. I am grateful thou to have the backing of my employer with regard to my court claim we are currently putting together of this horrific experience. With all that said, I cannot on good conscience recommend this retailer as they are not straight forward, transparent, or even honest. They are extremely slow to reply to emails or requests, in fact half the time they never replied at all. But most of all, they’re clearly NOT customer service friendly to the point, I don’t even think they like customers!
I’m relieved this issue will be coming to an end but until the refund is done - my travel expenses continue, and so does the nightmare of this experience.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company — they are scammers using fake 5 star reviews.
I purchased a Kugoo S1 Max scooter with 48hr delivery, after waiting four days, i received a message claiming my payment hadn’t gone through. Since the charge hadn’t appeared in my bank account at the time, I assumed the payment had failed and made a second payment.
A few days later, I discovered that the original transaction had in fact gone through, meaning I was charged twice. I contacted the company immediately to explain that I only wanted one scooter and requested a refund for the duplicate order. They responded saying they could issue a refund, but only with a 10% fee, which I do not believe is acceptable.
It has now been 13 days, and I have still not received the scooter or any updates regarding delivery.
Additionally, many of the 5-star reviews appear to be fake or generated by bot accounts, and Trustpilot has already issued a warning about this company regarding suspicious reviews.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller.

If I could give them zero I would DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could give them zero I would, DO NOT ORDER!!!!
disgusting customer service, instead of the product that was advertised and ordered I was sent some cheap knock of version and they will not accept a return with a full refund claiming it is not their fault. They did not bank on me already owning the product so knowing what it looked like. DO NOT ORDER, I am hoping I can save some people some money from being conned like I have.
Don’t pay any notice to their reply it’s pure lies

Absolutely a scam company
Absolutely a scam company. I ordered a bike which was listed as in stock and 16 day delivery.. no tracking information or order information provided which is highly unusual for a purchase of roughly £1000. I asked for details, no details provided. After this I asked to cancel the order, I was told a cancellation would receive a 10% CHARGE! On something I never got close to receiving... This is illegal. Totally goes against consumer rights laws. If this isn't a scam, then tell me what is? I'm in the process of a claim through PayPal as I've no faith they intend to refund any time soon or possibly at all.. Avoid this company and if they don't refund might be popping in for a chat.
Just and update on the company's reply. It was sold as an in stock item, I have photos to prove that, and an email chain saying that it was on stock. In fact if you google the bike now, the fiido M1 pro 2025 it will say it's in stock and it actually isn't. Don't buy from this company.

LIARS
The specs and details they advertise are lies when ypu realise they ate lies they just keep lying to you as they believe ypu will not tske them to court. They say you used your bike so no refund. How else would i know they are liars, i had to ride it to find out. The worst type of liars are the ones that do it with a smile. Do not buy from them!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Received a faulty electric bike as the throttle no longer works within 30 days of receipt of product. Let them know within 30 days of this and they refuse to send me a box and arrange a delivery service for me send the bike back so I can get a refund. Now having to take them to small claims court as they are breaking Consumer Rights Acts 2015. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I advise be weary of this company I wouldn't give any stars if had choice.
I called and did live chat to check stock, confirmed in stock so purchased item, then to be told not in stock but had taken money. Then wanted to upsell at an additional £400. When declined they offered refund. It took a li g time to get refund and had to get PayPal involved. They then deducted a £100 from refund. When contacted blamed paypal which i knew wasn't, then said it's in there terms and conditions which again is untrue. So needless to say customer service very poor. They will take your money for an item they do not have then will prolong refund and not give you full amount if any.

I purchased the Fiido M1 Pro PLEASE SHOP HERE
I purchased the Fiido M1 Pro, after the purchase I read the Trustpilot reviews and started to panic. I genuinely thought i had made a huge mistake. I even called them and was really quite rude to them. Turns out it was the best decision I made buying from these guys. Outstanding service and customer care. Please don't be influenced by the odd bad review. I called the Shop and apologised for ever doubting them and I was extremely embarrassed by my behaviour. Loving my new bike and it even came in earlier than expected. If anyone thinks this review is fake please message me and I will share my order details and UPS tracking. Thanks so much E Scooter Clinic.

Terrible handling of returns and…
Terrible handling of returns and refunds.
I returned a spare part in November last year and received confirmation that the package was delivered on November 18th. I still have not received my refund.
Instead, I have received multiple emails stating that they are “checking” my return. At one point, they even claimed they could not locate it.
If you want to avoid potential issues and unnecessary stress after your purchase, I strongly recommend choosing another company.
*Update 26/3-26*
Despite following Escooter Clinic’s instructions and contacting them directly as requested, I am still receiving the same generic response: that they are “looking into my return.”
My case remains unresolved.
While their public replies may give the impression that they take responsibility and care about their customers, my experience shows the opposite. It may look good to those reading reviews, but in reality, no action is being taken.
It has now been several additional weeks without any refund. At this point, I can only conclude that Escooter Clinic is unlawfully withholding my money.
I have extensive email correspondence to support everything stated above, and I am fully prepared to provide this documentation if required.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
All the staff that work here are criminals and are complicit in stealing money from customers. They owe me £1709.41p and its been since NOV 6th 2025, Now we are on the 6th of FEB 2026 and they ignore my requests for refunds and hangup when they accidently answer the phone to me.
Companies house has the directors addresss 53 Shale Meadow in Wellingborough and its come to the point where ill have to pay him a visit for my money, DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY Maybe its a bogus address knowing this companies methods, but ill find out what sort of guy the boss is tonight and whether hes aware of his staffs incompentance.
If your reading this speculating whether they will deliver for you then forget it and get creditor to claim money back now otherwise they string it out causing nothing but stress and anxiety for customers.

Would Give 0 stars if I could. Dodgy company!
I bought a mobility scooter for my mum as she was in hospital having a kidney removed. The scooter was to help with her mobility afterwards.
We live in Northern Ireland. The scooter took 4 weeks to arrive. All was fine untill 5 months after delivery. Still under Guarantee btw. This company told us we would have to pay return delivery costs, just to inspect it, to see if covered. So I took it to a local repair shop, who confirmed the battery was infact faulty, very old and second hand. Apparently these cannot even be bought as they are so old. Old connections to match. Faulty fraid wires. No safety fuses, no saftey stickers confirming safely tested etc. A complete death trap. I sent the report in to them, as requested, and they completely ignore everything they have been told regarding safety and old parts etc. Telling me again i have to pay to send it back. No recognition of error or apology. All the scooter needed was new batteries and rewired. If the company would have offered to meet me half way. It could of been dealt with quickly and peacefully. Unfortunately not. At this point I was so upset that my mum's safety has been endangered with faulty electrics I asked for a refund and the Item to be collected. I was of course refused and fobbed off. I quoted my Consumer rights and which bits they have breached and I was fobbed off yet again. So now I have made a claim to the courts. This will end up costing this horendous company much more than i paid. Absolutely awful experience. My mum was left house bound and I had to buy another scooter for her locally. I am beyond shocked and upset by this. My mum was stressed out dealing with this upset and now I am stressed out. I cannot believe there are still unscrupulous Companies trying to rip off vulnerable people with disabilities. Only now I am making it a personal mission to expose these cowboys.

Do not trust this company. Safer to use another seller
Received a scooter that had clearly been used as its wheels were dirty and there was a footprint on the footstand. I complained to escooterclinic to which they replied it was due to a predelivery inspection and they "forgot" to clean it after. I said I wanted to return it for a refund as i didn't believe them. Had to pay return postage and suffer a 10% restocking charge ! A full 12 days AFTER they received the scooter back even though they signed for with no complaint of damage to the box or the contents 12 days before they rang me to say that the item I returned had a bent front axel ( I had not used or even put the scooter together when i saw it was dirty and used ) They sent me a picture ( after a few reminders ) of a bent front axel of a scooter with a clean tyre ( ie not the one I returned because that onehad dirty tyres ) I challenged them on this point which they denied and then sent me a picture of the front wheel of a scooter whith a dirty tyre ( the one I probaly returned) but you could not see the axel this time.
They to date have refused to refund me so I am taking it up with my bank. This company has lied to me on several occasions and the pictures they sent to me clearly prove this fact even though they continue to deny everything. There are plenty of other scooter sellers out there so I advise you to use another company as this one can't be trusted . Good luck .
