Do not buy from this company. I purchased two electric scooters for my daughters birthdays at the beginning of August 2020 and i still haven't received them ....... i received a message from John, Tom & Sarah stating that due to the Covid pandemic there was a delay on the scoters arriving from Germany ...... and that i would receive them at the beginning of September......... to date i have still had nothing and now their website is closed and there is no contact details for them. I sent several e-maisl, and messages, but no response. I have since contacted my bank regarding the situation. You just don't know who to trust these days.

whoever John Tom and Sarah are claim to be are fake .....purchased a scooter which took over 20 days longer to arrive (blameD Covid)
Hasn’t replied to any of my 5o ish emails and
Removed the phone number now no contact details whatsoever and scooter won’t charge
It’s plug arrived seperate as foreign (not told)and it’s the cheapest rubbish I ve seen now in the hands of trading standards and as for an office in Pimlico as website says .......ye ok its shocking taking people’s money and running , in the hands of my solicitors

Do not buy from this company they are absolutely shocking sent me a escooter that won’t charge. Sent loads of emails they won’t get back to you I have gone to trading standards for help as they only take your money NO help if things go wrong no way to return or get your money back SO BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!
