Useless is an Understatement!

Useless is an Understatement! - Escootparts Can’t even send me the Promised Correct Parts, then they Lie About Refunds & Then are Rude & Abusive towards me over WhatsApp. They sent me the wrong parts out and then when I queried this with them, they didn’t even offer to rectify the situation by sending the correct parts. They just said they’ll refund me, which didn’t happen until I raised a PayPal Case against them. I’m quite willing to change this Negative Review if they contact me and are able to locate the correct parts, which I’ll gladly pay for again. I’m a reasonable person, but am so far Very Disappointed with this Company and their lack of Customer Service! Regards, Matthew Beharrell.

I wos in trouble to find parts for Niu…

I wos in trouble to find parts for Niu f200 sport,no where can not find,and I order at escooterparts online shop,and they find to me every parts I need,steering stem,handlebar,turn signal switch,brake lever,and delivered to my country Albania very quick.
Great seller,I am very very happy to work with this shop

The best ones

the best ones, I have already bought three times from them, modify controllers for more speed and torque , I have always been very satisfied, Escootparts recommend it to everyone, precise in everything and above all they have a wide range of choices between accessories and "tuning" +++++
