ESDA: Unreliable, Untrustworthy, and Unresponsive
During the pandemic, I signed up with ESDA to support emergency services. I was happy to contribute initially, but after the first year, I did not consent to a renewal of their services. Despite this, ESDA took the annual fee from my account without my permission.
What followed was a frustrating experience of numerous phone calls and emails to ESDA. I was repeatedly assured that Joe would contact me directly to resolve the issue. When I finally managed to speak with Joe, he promised a reimbursement within the following week. This was back in 2023, and I have yet to receive any communication or reimbursement.
I strongly recommend anyone considering their services to avoid ESDA at all costs. They have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. My experience with them has been deeply disappointing, and I hope others can learn from my situation.

They charged me twice
They charged me twice, I tried to get a refund, I contacted them a number of times and they promised to get back to me and never did.
Tried to claim back the money from the back a week after they charged me the second time and was told because I gave them my card details a refund wasn't possible.

Do not advertise with this company. They charged me twice and despite countless emails / phone calls and texts (which they have now blocked me off) they have still not refunded me. Wasnt even worth the first payment to make matters worse.

We also give each business a direct point of contact to continue the FREE service provided by our team and it is important, as discussed in our initial call, to continue communication with our team for this to be a success.
We did not hear from Stonelink during this time.
The business changed hands, issues were resolved, you were paid in full and Mr. Bergin apologised for any discrepancy.
You said you would take this review down. This is affecting our staff and our good reputation working for those in the Emergency Services and Essential Services - those that are looking after you.
Very very helpful
Needed a couple of rubber stops for a toilet seat, they sent them to me FOC, couldn't be happier with the help they gave in finding a couple on a damaged seat.

We were that happy with the service that we even asked their digital marketing team to host a give away competition for us on Facebook which turned out to be a great success.🚀 The team at ESDA enabled our business to thrive, growing our revenue and marketing our product for free. We are delighted to have partnered with them. Highly recommended. 👍👍
