I’ve marked this review as 5* because I ordered our rattan sofa set on Wowcher on a Monday and we received it on Friday, which was earlier than the estimated delivery date. The company emailed me to ask if I still wanted to go ahead with the order because they had written a different colour combination than was shown in the pictures. I don’t know what would have happened if I needed to get in touch with them because there doesn’t seem to be a telephone number for them on their website. But our experience was a good one.

Unable to contact company, bought garden furniture through wowcher from them, not delivered, only email addresss, which email is not returned, found phone number and doesn't connect. Email received from comp should arrive 2 weeks later than original stated. Will update review when turns up

Horrendous company. I ordered garden furniture through Wowcher and I am unable to contact the company. They do not respond to emails and the phone number is fake. I have lost nearly £200 and now need to start the process of trying to reclaim it. Avoid this company at all costs.
