This is a commodities trader platform
This is a commodities trader platform. I had been enjoying the use of this platform for several weeks. Functionality of the platform is cumbersome. The US government agency CFTC, has no record of this platform. They have recommended not using it. I have lost a large amount of investment when the customer service inadvertently announced an audit of capital resources associated with my transactions. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. There is no telephone support. This also has been the case with several other users of this platform, to my knowledge. My loss is relatively small compared to the millions of the other users. I have an investigation initiated through the CFTC. Highly recommended to not use this platform.
