Absolutely useless
If I could give them NO stars I would.
Worse service I've ever had. Ordered once it was a drama then they promised it would run smoothly the next time if I gave them another chance, STUPIDLY I gave them another chance and ordered and here we are NO word from them. I've chased them to see where my order is and finally they answered on Whatsapp NOT FB to tell me it's delayed/ I asked questions NOTHING. I said I was going to ge a refund through Paypal tehy said they will give me a full refund. NOW they are saying We are consolidating your tracking number, and if it is not found before Monday, we will issue you a full refund. I said what tracking number one has never been issued bcos the order has never been sent - I've sent them a screen shot of that - But I have already contacted Paypal. I wouldn't recommend them they ghost you and won't answer questions. Seriously this lot aren't worth the time you'll waste chasing them for your good.
