Great idea, poor execution, and a disorganized team. You ask for customization, they provide it, but fixing one issue opens up 99 others. The chaotic operations are evident.
Here's how it seems to work:
1. The CEO or the person responsible reviews with Sales.
2. Sales shows the customer pipeline.
3. Sales then contacts the oldest customer waiting for fixes.
4. The customer, still waiting, asks the sales rep for an update call.
5. The sales rep contacts the tech team for the call.
6. The sales rep forgets to inform the customer about the call timing.
7. The sales rep realizes this five minutes before the call.
8. Tech joins the call and discusses the same issue the customer has raised multiple times.
9. Eshipz responds after 3-4 days, solves one problem, but another issue arises.
10. They forget to follow up, and the cycle repeats.
Do not start the subscription until you have used the tech solution for at least 30 days. You will encounter repeated issues beyond rational expectation. Additionally, you, as a customer, are expected to understand every tiny detail of logistics, carriers, and their software. If anything goes wrong, instead of solving the problem and being rational, they will blame you, saying it wasn't part of the scope.

Usless and delayed courier service…
Absolutely hopless courier service company. Delivery boy Mr. sharma never came to my home. from morning to evening he called even I call him so many times and several time shared my live location of home as well as my address again which is already mention in the parcel. Said I am coming in the evening 8 pm when I check the status he wrote delivery attempt failed . he never came to my home I checked my house CCTV camera he never came to my address. I don't bother about the parcel but this time this is the gift for somebody. that's why take so much pain for my parcel. worst shipping company. kindly don't trust that courier company. waste your time courier charges. if get your parcel back then the payment of parcel will be refunded by the company. before choosing the eshipz it . think about the problem which I shared with you. less then 0 star and negative also .my order number if u want to verify it ORDER ID :EZ286440266

Absolutely hopless courier service company. It is good to insist on secure delivery. They insist on otp which never reach your phone and they don't have any alternate way of verifying even if you show them adhar card. There mgt is of no help too
