I bought the product by VEEPEE and their service was just terrible but hopefully I could count on Raphael’s (Dynamo) help who was extremely helpful since day 1. The products are great and I’m quite happy about each of them.
As a former Peloton user, I was excited to try Dynamo+ and it didn't disappoint. The bike itself is solid and high performing. The classes were upbeat. I left France before the live classes were added, so I wasn't able to try those. My only suggestion for the company is to add more community features such as seeing and interacting with fellow riders in real time and also metrics such as personal best, location and rank in age group. A little community, metrics and friendly competition will keep riders at home motivated and engaged over time. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend this product and company!
