vorrei raccontare la mia esperienza non proprio positiva.
A giugno ordino un portacarte di credito della Montblanc sul sito della società Macof, Effettuo il pagamento immediatamente tramite bonifico bancario e aspetto i tre giorni che il sito dice di attendere. (La merce risultava disponibile in magazzino).
In realtà siamo a settembre e nulla è ancora arrivato....ho chiamato il titolare (unico presente in sede) tutti i giorni pagando più in telefonate che del portacarte di credito...ma nulla....
Risultato ho mandato una raccomandata di diffida.....come consigliato da un avvocato e dalla ADUC ....adesso sono in attesa di una loro chiamata.....vediamo se la merce arriva o almeno mi restituiscano i soldi che ho già dato.
Un consiglio non pagate anticipatamente privilegiate il contrassegno....è il metodo più sicuro quando non si conoscono perfettamente i siti!
