After watching a few instagram advertisement and checking the reviews here, I decided to purchase one 24-25 planner even knowing based on the reviews that the products normally take a while to be delivered.

After 30 days (the longest shipping I ever experienced) the product shipped is something COMPLETELY different and really POORLY made.

After contacting their customer services (the worst customer service I've seen), they told that I could return the item however the shipping would be on me or take £4 because this is what they could offer.

I'd completely agree to pay for the shipping IF this was a change of mind towards the product, but the fact is that they advertised and published on their site an A class product and it is selling something really poor and cheap.

Do not spend your money with them, the biggest SCAMMERS ever

Awful company first tried to tell me my item wasn't faulty
Then when raised issue with ebay tried to offer me a £3.65 refund. Total scam artist's giving you faulty products

Awful Service. Faulty Tapple game. Put in the batteries and the middle button didn't work at all. Requested refund or replacement. Sent them videos to show but still no offer to replace or refund. Do not buy from them.

Offered £4 compensation! What a scam and awful service, do not buy from them.

Thought I was ordering from a UK company as price was GBP and has UK email addresses, took 3 weeks to send me a game from USA. Finally arrived, put in batteries and didnt work. Requested refund as purchased the game elsewhere, and they are claiming they are not authorised to refund, there are small differences in the games which tells me that Eshoppe version is a fake. sent them videos and pictures of the faulty game and no further forward. Not a trust worthy company.

Now offering £2 compensation, charged £22 for the game! this site is a scam, do not buy from them.

Don't believe the false caring reply from eshoppe, I have now only been offered £6 compensation.

Ordered a game 4 weeks ago. Still not here, keep chasing for an update and nothing at all. Total scammers avoid.

Ordered the Tapple game, arrived about 3 weeks later, when it arrived it doesn’t work, I sent an email and was asked to send video proof, which I did, I videoed myself putting the batteries in turning it on and it obviously didn’t work but a get a message back saying there isn’t t a problem with it?!? They offered me £2 compensation?? Scam!! Do not use I’m going to claim back through my bank

Do not believe any of the other reviews don’t they all sound like they’re written by the same person???
Ordered they apple game 5 weeks ago. Still not arrived, no communication at all, as previously reviewed they took more than agreed. Paid with PayPal so am now trying for a refund that way! Rip off merchants!

Ordered a product from this web site, after a few week wait only half the order arrived..
Contacted the company who basically said I was lying.. they offered me. £2 compensation..
This company was s a joke .. beware

Con artists. I paid this company on PayPal for my order of £22.98 but they have taken £27.58 from me on PayPal!! This is obviously a con (conveniently missing off VAT maybe? What?!). How can it agree a price to pay with me, then take more? Completely unacceptable.
