One on one customer service.

The owner called me to discuss my order and we found out I had ordered the wrong Q plan-B HUB for my PTR Vent 1. Shipped me the correct part in a timely manner, it fit perfectly. Also shipping is quick and fairly priced, with no hidden charges.

I had a question on in-stock suppressor.

I had a question of a suppressor if it was in stock as it's out of stock everywhere, including the shops in the same city as the manufacturer. John responded to queries immediately...A+ customer service.

He kept me updated on the process and I received emails as soon as a change to my order was made. I will definitely use esilencers.com again.

I really appreciate John’s…

I really appreciate John’s communication. He texted me on Labor Day weekend answered several detailed questions that allowed me to deal with confidence. I felt like I was talking to a friend.
