Product did not perform as expected in fact couldn't get it to work even after calling support. Support staff was rude and condescending. Good idea for double sim phone but ultimately was more expensive and frustrating than it was worth. I went back to buying sim cards as needed.

I've used it twice in the US and both times as soon as we landed it was active with a few clicks.

Very useful when spending just a week in Vietnam and couldn't buy a physical SIM on arrival.

eSIM.me works on Samsung Galaxy A13 and Poco M3 Pro. It's cheaper than buying the more expensive phones with built-in eSIMs. The app sometimes gets stuck and then I have to re-install it again. Also, the tricky part is putting in the correct name, APN. Support centre is very responsive. I would buy eSIM.me again.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 with two sim card slot. I use my eSIM.me in the second slot twice and I bought à third party esim for data in Côte d'Ivoire and it worked perfectly

The sim card arrived quite quickly. I've never had issues with it, have been using for around 6 months and can recommend it.

I thought after a more than one year user experience and reading some negative comments it'sworthwhile to give my personal feedback.
I am living in South East asia and have ordered the eSim in Germany in 2022. Initially I had a problem to get the eSim connected to my mobile carrier, so I contacted the eSim support team. They where extremely helpful and offered me different ways to try to solve the issue. They didn't give up and the problem was solved. It had to do with the way my mobile phone carrier operated the eSim so the eSim team analyzed it carefully, figured it out and updated the Software. It then worked perfectly fine and I am using it now for the last 1 1/2 years without any issue at all. ZERO. Very very happy. I had no problem adding a second eSim mobile number from a mobile operator in Europe. Also working extremely well without any issue. So I can now use my phone with 2 eSim numbers and even more if I want.
I can only highly recommend the eSim. It's a fantastic solution for any phone which does not have a build in eSim. Even better if I want to change my phone I just take out the eSim card, plug it into my new phone and it seamlessly works. No need to look for an eSim enabled phone. Fantastic. I would like to applaude the eSim team for this highly innovative solution for a complex issue which needs to cater for all different mobile operators in this world. Thanks, well done.
PS: I do not understand the negative remarks. If you have an issue, the eSim team is very helpful, capable and professional to solve your problem. The only thing you need to have is some patience and work with them. They will solve your issue, I am convinced. Just give them the patience and time and your input. This is based on my personal experience and eSim's professional problem solving approach.

I used eSIM solution with my non-esim-based mobile.
This solution worked perfectly.
I mainly use this solution when I travel (eg. in US and Canada).
In Europe, I don't need several (e)SIM cards. My national one is enough.

These guys made a revolution! Honestly it's more than a clever use of technology: it is defying the telecom monopolies and bringing inexpensive communication to the masses. I now have full esim capabilities on my old Android phone, and moreover, once the profile is installed, the sim card literally works in any other phone, including iphones and old keypad devices. Lots of love! Keep it up!

Works perfectly for me. I have 2 eSIM.me cards already and both work great.
Works in all the phones I've put the card in - including Samsung A70, Samsung A51, Motorola G 5G Plus, Xiaomi Redmi Note8 Pro, Google Pixel 3, iPhone 13 mini (in the physical SIM slot, of course). I believe it would work in any phone I try it in.
I believe people who are having issues don't fully comprehend the methodolgy of how to use it, including installing the eSIM.me app on one phone (at least), then downloading and configuring the eSIM code received from the provider, and making sure to activate it. Once done, it should work without issue on any phone you put it in (assuming the phone has the correct frequencies for the provider you chose).

I have been using eSIM.me for more than a year on a non-ESim-phone. I took a different SIM itself (BNESIM) for Europ and up to now it worked fine.
IT's not used for phoning but just data.
I'm satisfied.

I bought the eSIM 6 mouth ago and used it once.
The installation was easy.
The load was easy.
In my phone Xioami X5 Pro I had to install the eSIM in SIM1
