I tried the esimme several times.
No service in real time,esim does not work, try to get your esim from a provider (NOT esim me!)that provides service and the esim is more than a waste of money.

Bought before a 4 week journey to Canada. Together with an esim from holafly I had perfect data traffic from the first landing on Vancouver.

I ordered two eSIMs from eSIM.me, which I could not get to work on our two Moto G6 phones. Their customer service activated all their resources, even sent me two other eSIMs. However, after many back-and-forths, we had to give up. I was refunded the full amount, including shipping costs, and got to keep my four eSIM cards.

Reading the one-star reviews on Trustpilot, I realized again how important it is to be respectful of others. Though I was not able to use your eSIM: Five stars from me and many more respectful and nice customers to you guys!

Really great idea paired with the esim me sim card. Use it all the time when I travel to Thailand. No issues getting an esim plan. I use a Samsung Galaxy FE S20.

I purchased an eSim.me card for my Samsung A53, and I had zero problems installing it, and loading an eSim profile from my local cell service provider (TELUS).

I wanted to be able to easily swap (e)SIMs when we travel, rather than looking for a place at our destination to buy and install a physical SIM card. After a long travel day, the last thing I wanted to do was to hunt around a foreign airport, hoping that I could locate a kiosk which sold local SIM cards. I wanted the convenience of knowing that I had everything ready to go, once the wheels of the plane touched the ground.

My wife and I have taken two major trips in the past 14 months, and purchasing an eSIM from one of several online vendors has been a snap, and painless. The key, is to first download the eSIM.me app, and just follow the instructions. It's that simple!

A very simple install and set up. Worked with the esim service on Claro out of the box.

Wanted esim for North America and as my phone did not have esim then purchased this one. With a little perseverance I was able to use it and have not looked back. I use data only and VoIP phone for calls. Easy. I have been using it in 2 phones for over a year. I use Keepgo or Nomad for esim. For simplicity I manually enter details which seem to work better.

This has worked brilliantly for me on my OnePlus 8T. I use it with Airalo packages for frequent use travelling in Turkey. It is reliable and easy to use. I have been using for three years.

Supports eSIM installation by eID - eSIM discovery service (also known as eSIM-Push) where the user does not need to scan a QR-Code or enter anything manually. He just need to share his eID (that is the 32-digit number of the eSIM.me Card) with his eSIM provider and the eSIM will "magically" be downloaded to his device.
Perfectly work with Czech mobile operators (T-Mobile CZ, O2 CZ, Vodafone CZ ...).

Horrible. I told them it's not working even with the adapter that I extra bought from them and they told me it isn't their problem. I can't devolve it and they wouldn't fix the problem.
If your phone isn't equipped for esim them just let it be. But don't buy from them. Isn't worth it. Just money spend without getting anything back

User friendly and easy to install data packages, after some experience on the beginning.

The product is fantastic and app is simple and convenient to use. I am using eSIM for more than three years and I am thrilled about it.

Excellent eSim Card, I recommend it

I needed to add an eSIM card to my phone for an upcoming trip overseas, but my Samsung Galaxy S9+ doesn't offer that capability. So, I bought the eSIM.me card and installed the card and the app. Unfortunately, I had trouble getting AT&T to recognize it, and the people at the AT&T store and their customer service center over the phone were completely flummoxed by the concept. However, with some helpful assistance from the eSIM.me customer support team, we were able to get it working properly. Now, I have my AT&T profile for when I'm in the US and can use a disposable eSIM (I use Airalo) when overseas. Much better than having to buy a new phone when otherwise, this one still works great!

I am using 2 eSIM.me cards in my OnePlus 10 Pro under Android 13.1 enviroment as a Dual SIM configuration.
It took some efforts of eSIM.me support to overcome the hassle with Telekom Germany profiles (mainly activation process).
Finally it works fine and I can activate/deactivate profiles as desired.

EDIT: After a bit of back and forth with sales, I did receive a refund from esim.me.

It worked exactly twice for me in NYC for exactly 2 minutes each time, which left me searching around for wifi to use instead. I had to use my free time to submit and reply to support tickets with multiple screen shots of the APN and available networks and SIM properties, but they were never able to resolve it and get it working for me.

My request for a refund was denied because according to them I was "able to use the service in principle," which is a silly way to say that "in theory, it should work." And what was also laughable was using the excuse that it didn't work due to my "location" (NYC) having a lack of cellular signal.

The only offering of recompense was to reactivate that eSIM profile for my next trip, and only a fool would put their faith in a service again that didn't work the first time.
