This esim was really easy to use, we had local calls which we really needed with a different number but WhatsApp etc all worked as normal with my UK number even though my home sim was switched off.... See more

eSIM.net is the premier UK eSIM store selling travel and UK domestic eSIM plans. We partner with O2, Vodafone and Three to supply their eSIM services. You can order an eSIM online and receive, install and use it instantly.
Our plans are extremely competitive, with an Unlimited Data, Voice and SMS service costing £20 per month. The plans are rolling 30 day, there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. Unlike other eSIM stores our travel products are "full service". This means that in addition to data, they support voice calls and SMS. In addition they offer 5G service in most countries. Never get caught again not being able to book a restaurant or phone a taxi when you are travelling.

eSIMs are here to stay. Apple and other manufacturers will soon release phones that don’t support the old plastic SIM cards. Get a future proof service from eSIM.net.

I purchased an eSim for travel to New Zealand with eSim.net (I was told Vodafone was the underlying service provider). The service locked up on my very first attempt to contact family in the United States on my arrival. eSim.net AI Customer support was terrible. Eventually, I reached a human customer support rep (using motel WiFi not eSim.net or Vodafone) who offered no support whatsoever other than to repeatedly tell me I was in the wrong. eSim.net did nothing to help reestablish service so I could maintain contact with family members while traveling. I could not use the eSim.net service for any contact inside or outside of New Zealand during my entire stay despite New Zealand being advertised as within the service area. I paid one month service fees to eSim.net for no services at all. I finally had to purchase New Zealand connectivity with a reputable company and it worked great. The eSim.com experience was terrible. A complaint has been lodged with the UK telecommunication regulators. The Vodafone customer service rep indicated that Vodafone has a business relationship with eSim.net but could do nothing about the poor service.
Update: After 11 email messages sent over the course of over 1 month, as well as a complaint filed with the UK regulators after leaving New Zealand, I finally received a refund from eSim.net. No change in my rating is warranted given the terrible customer service experience.

My wife uses eSim.net every year when she travels to Europe. They have the best priced plans. When she had connection issues while traveling through several countries, customer service promptly helped her solve it with Network selection.
This time I am traveling to Europe, but I realised only after purchasing a 30 days plan that my Iphone does not support eSim cards as it’s from Hong Kong. eSIM.net responed to my concern right away and kindly agreed to refund me. Excellent customer service.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid them and find something else.

The customer service is very thoughtful. They try to understand each case and give reasonable solutions. I'd do business again with them.
Excellent customer service! I purchased the wrong kind of esim and was fully refunded.
This is the best deal you can find. The e-sim gave my boyfriend and I no problems and very easy to use
I signed up for 30 days service, unfortunately my older iPhone was not up to the task.
Steve at customer service was very helpful, responded quickly and has promised me a full refund.
Will try esim again when I upgrade my phone
Bought an eSim for my teenage son who was away on a ski trip. I had not realised that he had already purchased an eSim and so the one I bought from eSim.net was no longer needed. I contacted the customer service team and they was amazing and got back to me straight away offering a full refund. I would definitely purchase from them again !! Very reasonably priced and Superb customer service !!
The interesting part of the company is the well detailed product and service packages for customers to choose from.
I wanted to use it in Australia and i bought a whole month but the service didnt work. I reached cx service and they didnt provide me a solution.
eSIM offered great plans at reasonable price and easily installation. Their customer service also was very supportive when needed. I would for sure buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.
Fast and easy service. The eSIM activates in minutes and the connection works perfectly. Reliable and convenient, I highly recommend eSIM.net.
All my questions where answered fast and I got helpful response
Deeply unpleasant and greed ridden company. Would never recommend to anyone, ever
I have had an awful experience with esim.net and would strongly advise against using them, especially if you are travelling and depend on mobile data.
My eSIM was wrongly blocked twice, leaving me without any data while abroad. I was in Ghana, often in areas with no Wi-Fi, and completely reliant on mobile data just to get around and communicate. Despite paying for a 25GB plan that I had not even fully used, my service was cut off with no valid explanation.
Customer service was painfully slow and showed no sense of urgency whatsoever. Responses were delayed, vague, and dismissive, even though I repeatedly explained that I was abroad and unable to function properly without data. At no point did it feel like my situation was taken seriously.
Being left without data while travelling is not a minor inconvenience - it’s a serious issue. esim.net failed on reliability, communication, and basic customer care. I paid for a service I could not use, wasted time chasing support, and was left stressed and stranded due to their errors.
This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I will not be using esim.net again and cannot recommend them to anyone who values dependable connectivity or responsive customer support.

This is the best experience that i have with costumer service
Very good and effective plans. Even gave me a refund when I accidentally got charged. 5 stars
I mistakenly purchased an eSIM but unfortunately it did not cover the country I was in. This company refunded my payment even though it was my mistake. First class service. Thanks
