Found it on a comparison blog and thought I’d give it a try on my partners phone and I’d play safe on another brand I’d used before. It’s cheaper and we’ve had zero issues (in fact it was actually slightly easier as everything loaded faster setting up), would use again next time if it was as competitive price wise!

When someone purchases an eSIM within Turkiye, you should be able to alert them to the fact that it cannot be activated. My purchase was wasted. Zero value.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we clearly state in our guides and on our website that the eSIM should be installed immediately after purchase or before departure, as installation may not be possible in certain countries, including Türkiye.
Please note that the validity period only starts once the eSIM first connects to a network, so installing it in advance does not reduce your usage time.
These instructions are provided specifically to prevent situations like this.

They sent the e-sim I ordered a day…
They sent the e-sim I ordered a day late and won’t provide a refund after asking multiple times. They were also unresponsive during this period. I already purchased a data plan from another company by then.
Per their refund policy, you could get a refund for unused e-sim but they wouldn’t honor that. I never installed the e-sim.
Use other more trustworthy companies.

According to our system logs, the eSIM was delivered within the expected timeframe, and no delay of one day occurred. Your refund was processed and returned to you after a few days, once we received confirmation from the network provider that the eSIM had not been used.
As outlined in our policy, this confirmation step is required. In most cases it takes only a few hours, but depending on the provider it can sometimes take a few days.
For this reason, the situation described in this review does not reflect the actual process or outcome.
We always aim to handle all requests as quickly and fairly as possible and keep everything fully transparent and trackable.
