Worst internet for UAE region. Supports 4g only.

I have just bought eSim for my holiday in turkey but I see the company is completely scam. Internet is not working. Don’t make same mistake as I did and prefer trustable companies/providers

I bought eSIMX for my Japan trip. Speed is slow and availability is spotty. Worst still is that hotspot capability is disable!!!

I bought an esim for China. My credit card was charged, but I never received it. I sent two emails and three direct messages and they completely ignored me. I recommend Jetpac. They are responsive and helpful.

We bought an esimx esim for Poland. It was 20 GB for a long period than our visit. Meaning 7 or 15 or 30 days.
We had no problem to activate it. And use it. But it only lasted for 1 day. Data usage on the Esim is 600 MB. But we can't reconnect now. Tried to reach customer support with no luck. So I recommend you to stay away. There are a lot of big telco companies with esim support. Use them instead

**SCAM ALERT**
1. Esim does not work ... not activated on their end.
2. No customer support (no 24/7 line as advertised) as advertised. Emails go unanswered.
3. Dont fancy getting a refund as I'm sure that will go unanswered as well.

first time purchase of this SIM last month is also my last time i purchase from them. it never worked from the word go and despite immediate emails to them about the issue, it was not able to be resolved and despite saying they would refund - they never did.

Well priced. Easy to use. Have used it for 6 countries in the last 4 months. Prompt email support the one time I had an issue.

My service has been “searching” since I added the e-sim. Their customer service is impossible to get ahold off — would not reccomend as it’s a waste of money.

Great in Tunisia sousse . Cheap only needed 3gb for 1 week for 7 dollars . Tunisia telecom and did the job . Easy to install sim and works straight away with no issues .

Not great. Very poor service in Tunisia, so it was a waste of money. I would not use this again nor would I recommend it.
I had to restart my phone numerous times to try and get a webpage to load.
Also, I noticed that the advertisements were in Polish on the websites that did load, so I am not sure if the Internet connection was rerouted through Poland.
Not great.

This does not work, I've purchased 10GM data plan for Tunisia, activated but couldn't almost open a simple webpage, this sucks.
