Contemporary products with traditional levels of quality British service.
Bought 11 radiators and towel warmers off these guys for my new apartment. Everything arrived on time, unfortunately I missed the appt and wasn't there to receive them. Louisa from Eskimo was very understanding and they didn't charge anything to bring them out 2 days later even though it meant a special trip for the driver, Derek who then carried the whole lot up to the mezzanine floor.
Just unpacked them now and, although I haven't had them installed yet they look incredible - 2 "Rons" and 9 "Outline" radiators in Gong and supermirror finishes - perfect. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs
I bought a very expensive mirror radiator off this company and the plumber who fitted it said that plastic catch at the base was far too flimsy. Eskimo acknowledged this and said they would send me a new metal catch. A year later I am still waiting. So I now have a £1200 radiator which is not fixed flush to the wall. Very poor and not what you would expect from a supposedly quality product.
