Got a family? Buy the bigger one
While it’s advertised as being able to dry 4 towels, and they do dry…eventually, (have to have it on all night) it looks absolutely ridiculous. We have normal weight and size bath towels, and its just this huge unsightly pile on the wall. Theres a reason they dont ever show what 4 towels look like in any of the pictures. Not to mention having the whole families towels all scrunched in together. Its a bit yuk. Pull one off and the next one falls… i can imagine it works well for 2 towels, but 4? No. I really wish we had have bought the larger one. Big and expensive disappointment with our new bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience. We are sorry to hear that your towel warmer has not met your expectations. Although the Gordon is designed to carry one towel on each fin, people have different results depending on the size and thickness of their towels used. The standard Gordon with 4 fins is also designed to be compact and space saving at 208mm wide. As the towels hang down the unit they do tend to fan out towards the bottom so they can overlap. We suggest the standard size Gordon is perfect in an ensuite, and the Double Gordon is best in a busy family bathroom situation. Best performing and looking towel rail on the market!
When I found the product online I called the company for more info, the person I spoke to was really helpful, answered all my questions and arranged a quick delivery.
It's now been installed and looks fantastic and dries around 90% of the towel unlike other heaters.
