Precise info about luggage

Everything is great except precise precise information about luggage and hand luggage. Is it included in the price, what does it mean hand luggage is included with dimensions 40x....(something) cm and then if you want hand luggage with little wheels on suitcase then you need to pay extra?

This will be my sixth flight experience with Air Century. Back and forth from Havana to Santo Domingo. Safe and reliable Bombardier / Canadair no frills jet service. I recommend this carrier.

Be sure to book direct with Air Century, my opinion of resellers is not favourable.

esky or edestinos is a bad agency

1 year ago I bought a flight from Chile to Cancun. Until today I have not been able to validate my trip. Of course they already charged from minute one I made the purchase. Edestino DOES NOT HAVE A CALL CENTER for this reason a case, a cancellation or return of a ticket cannot be resolved in a timely manner. It is assumed that they left me the "open" ticket. I wanted to make my ticket valid but they do not answer the emails due to the high number of requests they have ... And well, this situation is very exhausting, they have already charged and they do not give me the service that pay !! case number: 3915048
They sent me an email telling me that I can travel until December 31, 2021. I mean now
there are less than 2 weeks left to reschedule the flight. I already replied by mail that I can travel any day this month! They have not yet been able to answer me, although my case is a priority due to the dates. Please I need concrete solutions. I can not wait more

eSKY smells bad

I have been waiting for a responses to re-book my ticket on the 17th of December (in a week!!!) for a couple of days now. Calling the CUSTOMER SERVICES at 11:18 before lunch and the voice says (for all numbers I call) that I am calling OUT OF OFFICE hours??????? On the site it says it is open mon-fri 08h00 -- 20h00 GMT. If I dont get any feedback or someone to call me up before 14h00 today I will contact the Lufthansa and Brussels airlines directly to get help - and eSKY will be registred with the Consumers agency here in Sweden for fraud.
I have already had one affair like this with another on-line company and Mastercard helped me to get my money back - an honest proper company with people replying when you call.

Non existent flight!

Non existent flight!! My daughter and her friend were left stranded at 6:05am Gatwick airport. The flight I'd paid for to Malaga didn't exist! Airline: Wizz Air UK Flight no.: 5723 on 14th August. There was no warning from esky and they couldn't be reached. The phone number +44 74 1834 3609 given on the booking email was never answered.The message constantly said 'you've contacted us in our out of hours', regardless of when we phoned and we tried for several days at different times. There's no-one at the end of the phone - EVER. Try it and see. The Wizz desk was shut. I had to buy another two tickets at considereable expence to get my daughter and her friend to Spain. We completed the esky online complaints form and eventually someone rang my daughter in Spain saying that we would get a refund. Since then we've heard nothing and no refund!! My daughter was looking forward to going to Spain to see her friend whose mother is very ill. It created a terrible start to her holiday. Don't ask me to fill in another online form, because you know who we are and I've filled in the form about 10 times. I've gone to Trustpilot because you seem to respond to these posts and ignore your customer online communications. You need to communicate and we need a refund for the non-existent flight. I am willing to modify and update my review if you do the honest thing and give me my money back, which you've basically stolen!!

On Sunday 1st we booked flights with…

On Sunday 1st we booked flights with Esky, Dublin-Alicante 25th October (Ryanair) and then Alicante-London-Dublin on 30th October. We instantly received an email to say that the Alicante-London flight was cancelled (clearly known before we booked), thus making the London-Dublin flights useless to us. Payment was withdrawn from our account, nonetheless. We have tried several times to contact you using the Esky website contact form so please do not suggest this as an option to us. Our booking reference number is 7806651741 and Booking Ref: N7K4T2/JFYLB. We have also been in touch with Ryanair, who have no booking in our name. We are greatly concerned and stressed. We need to urgently get clarity and receive a refund so we can book alternate flights.

Once more I come here to complain about esky.es

Once more I come here to complain about the customer service from Esky.es. The only way I had my message responded once was posting a review here. After that no one responded my replies.

For some reason my tickets were bought to the wrong destination (reserve 7959347623 have Palermo as destination, but I want to travel to Catania (CTA) instead) and I´m trying to cancel, ask for reimbursement or change my ticket to the right destination. When I acquired my tickets I also bought the Flex Service and Insurance which allows me to change or even ask for reimbursement of my ticket, but the customer service is disregarding that and just giving me the response that the flying company does not allow the tickets to be changed or reimbursed (what is not right based in the company rules).

Can I have some attention to my problem and fix this? I just want to enjoy my vacation.

I´m fully available to discuss this.

June 25 I made the reservation for my daugther to travel a Fuerteventura for July 22,the ESKY company charged me the amount of 98,53€ with this resevation number 3340156225 and one day before the flight, I could not the checkin because my reservation does not exist,but ESKY charge me.
ESKY company GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
If not I denounced you to the Police.
And you are going to pay very expensive for all of this.
