On the 11th of June l ordered 2 contact lens from this company both yellow and green colour,shipping was great,but l received 2 brown and they gave me a free contact lens,anyways l got in touch though email and they asked me to take pictures of what l received,l done that,but they didn't get back to me, it is know the 14th of July and l haven't had a email from them to return the contact lens,l have been sending loads of emails but no Respons they are blanking me,l don't no what to do because they have taken my money and gave me something l didn't ask for,on there site it talks about returns and refund,this company hasn't given me the Option they have just giving me some crap colour and blanked me,be careful of this company.

I ordered contact lenses from esoeye on the 14th of may. Apparently there has been a problem with the shipping, and they are stuck at some station since the 24th of may. If Esoeye doesn't pick them up soon I will not receive them on time. Please fix this issue.

I placed the order on the 15th and sent an email asking when I will receive the shipping information. It has been 2 days and they have not replied, nor any email was sent to me about shipping details and tracking information. I will have my bank block this charge if they do not respond accordingly and that I do not get my contacts within the estimated 7-20 business day package arrival as advertised on their site. Esoeye is a scam! I will be making youtube videos warning others not to trust this scam company.

Replying to my previous review as it does not allow me to reply to the comment. Order #ES12455. I ordered hidrocor ochre in prescription lenses. Please track my order and make sure it gets to me asap. It has been 2 months since I ordered it and there has been no movement on the tracking app. It says it has been at the processing center since the 21st of December. I ordered it on the 22nd of November.

The contacts are so beautiful and also very smooth and soft. Packaged very well. Came with a cute designed soft tip tweezer case holder and a soft tip eye thing to help with fixing the contact in your eye. Also a super cute contact lenses case for free! Shipping was quick & I highly recommend esoeye!

I have not received my order and never received a confirmation email

I brought 3 colours one pair was OK the other 2 where absolutely bad left eye fitted the right eye contact lense didn't even fit it moves its too small I've tried emailing them but it keeps saying invalid email address so this company don't want u to return the product if found faulty I honestly don't recommend any one losing there money
