Never got my order, was finally reimbursed without so much as an apology
I placed an order, paid for it and got a confirmation email from Espace Golf. As the product was not coming in the mail, I contacted them. They could not find my payment, even after I supplied all the data in order to track it. Several weeks later, they were finally able to "find" the payment and reimbursed me without even apologizing for the mixup. It had never happened to me before and hopefully never will again.
