The processing of my order OH96119032…

The processing of my order OH96119032 today 6th May 2026 was a disaster. After receiving the order confirmation I realised that the website had not saved my Irish eircode on the delivery address.

I immediately opened a chat and informed that my address in Ireland does not have a street name or number, so without an eircode there was no chance that the order could be delivered. The person on the chat said that it was too late to amend the delivery address or cancel the order. If it was not delivered after a reasonable amount of time I should complain and apply for a refund.

The problem was caused because the website did not save my eircode and now I have to wait for more than 14 days without the ordered part and eventually to apply for a refund.

This is not acceptable service and I demand an immediate cancellation and confirmation of the refund within 24 hours.

Genuinely unreal service

Genuinely unreal service. The part I ordered was the wrong size. They refunded me and told me not to worry about returning the part. Also told me to send them specifications on my appliance, and they'd fit the correct size for me.
