misures counts

the misures of the piece was totally wrong. I use my product number to find the piece I needed and I trusted the site when it popped up the image_ totally wrong. I had to buy it from another website (Electrolux.com) and spend others 90s euros to have the piece I originally searched.

I received a wrong piece, but I had a complete refund.

Item lost!

Too much time for the delivery. It was asked to wait 21 days from order confirmation. At the end item lost! and I phoned after a month, more or less, to know this happened. Anyway money refunded.

good online store for spare parts I…

good online store for spare parts I ordered a gasket for washing machine, by entering the washing machine model the right seal was selected. only the shipment was a bit 'long because I had not understood that the product came from Scotland and I live in Italy. apart from this I recommend this site of spare parts.
