Worst customer service ever
I bought a part that then was wrong and i asked for a return since they said i could do it. They sent the labels but when i went to the postal office they said the shipment was not paid and that i woukd have paid for it. I asked for clarifications and they disappeared. No one answered and now the time for the return has expired! Don't buy with them!!!

It is not clear that spares are coming abroad.
It took more than a week to have the part when it was expected to have it in few days by Italian courier.

The spare part I bought arrived already…
The spare part I bought arrived already damaged. When I mounted it on my dishwasher it resisted only one cycle before breaking definitively. The purchase was a total waste of money and time.
