Elo is super incorrect, pros are playing in the low elo making matches a living hell.

They advertise a smurf free environment. There are accounts upon accounts that are brand new and obviously smurfs, these accounts are never banned. There are also lots of accounts with sky high esplay elo, with low faceit elo, these are active faceit accounts which indicates cheating. Admins have poor competence and poor conditions to provide a platform that is little characterized by precisely these things. Akros is said, by developers them self, to be a low-end anticheat. That is not a understatement.

Admins are not really doing their job, especially in Sweden. Swedish admins create gathers where they pick players in a way that helps them win, and toxic players often don’t get banned (Not really surprised about admin abuse, though.)

Finnish admins, on the other hand, are great. I appreciate that Finnish players get banned when they act wrongly. Please get your act together and take an example from them.

It’s disappointing to see that Esportal used to be better and that your focus was stronger before.

Anti-cheat is known to be very weak, and the admins are pretty unprofessional. They’re just scamming people with cases and not maintaining their servers.

Its a joke, no drop in gathers/super and some ppl get premium free wtf, MM is unbalanced as f.

Queue in diamond ranks, Because the other team has 1 in gold rank they automatically can have a max ranked played with 3900 elo on faceit? Why even play Esplay if its so insanely unbalanced.

Site is decent. Sadly, admins are on another planet. The site will most likely have 20 players within the next year, simply because everyone on the site gets banned for 6 months when they gets their first ban. I have never seen anything like this on any other platform. Faceit gives 24 hours for a first time Ban. 48 2nd, Them 3 days and then a week. What about esplay you might wonder? Oh, you have 900 games 100 honor and maybe 3 reports in your name? 3 months ban, no problem 😂. Completely unrealistic 😂😂. Im not sure if you think you have the same player base as faceit(Numberwise)… NEWSFLASH!!! You dont. You have a small fraction. Im not saying everyone should get away with being idiots, but get a grip here. I just witnessed a guy who Got 8 month Ban for Bad Behaviour, 8 months. Thats a longer sentence than stealing a Old ladys purse 😂. And admins wont tell you which game, they banned you for. Completely crazy. Wake up if you want the site to continue, cus if we are being real, faceit probably beat you guys in every area. Better AC, Better servers, Much shorter Q time. So ofc it goes without saying, that you cant Ban half the platform for 6 months ffs.
