Esports Certified canceled my order…

Esports Certified canceled my order without warning me. The app they require you to use to track purchases through is Shop, is intrusive, and only suddenly labeled as refunded when I was curious at the delay. Upon checking account, the funds were still withdrawn, and too late past cyber Monday to find a better seller. Upon checking site, they claim the order is canceled, with no reason given, but once again, money still withdrawn. I'm unsure if this is an actual company, or if I just got scammed. Will be alerting bank and changing passwords. Very difficult to get in contact with the site.
