I have used this site for months, and while the experience is ok, they make it very difficult to self-exclude yourself if you are a problem gambler. Not only do they require information that no other website asks for just to ban yourself, but I have also been ghosted after repeatedly telling live chat that I that I have not received a response to my email. They ask you for 1.Your most recent deposit 2.Your most recent withdraw 3.Details of your last bet including all the tournament and match information 4.A Selfie with you holding your ID. This is an insane amount of work just to self-exclude and I have never had to go through this much work on any other site in all my years of gambling. After emailing all this information, I have heard nothing and my account is still active. I reach out to live chat and I receive the same response that they will contact the appropriate department. #2) The odds are live, for majority of largest tournaments.
#3) The odds get recalibrated, so as to keep betting interesting.
#4) There is live support, which is able to edit registry data of the account.
#5) Live support can be used as proxy for indirect communication with development staff.

#A) The biggest problem are unthought of site design changes, that occur frequently. For example, one of the latest changes, of adding (Esports World Cup) section, makes it so upon opening of betting page, you have to move down and click on (All) section, in order to get a list of all live events. However, if size of window is less than certain amount, then (All) section is moved out of the screen below, without ability to scroll down along page. Therefore the page needs to be enlarged in order to access (All) button.
Another such decision was to move Banner with (Main Events), (Promotions) ... to the right side of the page, from the left. This makes it so that if Bet page is open, it can not be held on utmost left side of the screen, with Odds values taking certain part of the screen, rest of it being dedicated to stream. As a result, the betting window needs to be partially moved out of the screen, in order to get the part of the page with odds. Another thing is inability to click on external stream link, if size of window is less than certain value. Another problem is number of Ui Buttons, that through different page sequences, allows to access same information. This creates recursion within the experience of use.

Absolutely horrible experience, before trying out the site I've heard a plethora of complaints(mostly on reddit/this website) about this site scamming their customers for egregious reasons, but it is honestly worse than i thought.

I created my account and deposited a small amount of money via crypto, due to my experience in eSports i've managed to 20x my money in 2 days and at the first attempt of any sizeable withdrawal my funds were instantly locked and i have been getting stalled over "ENHANCED KYC" ever since for almost 3 weeks now, i provided every single document they asked for, but every time they ask for something even more obscure(screenshot proof of address into next instruction -> upload proof of address to google drive and send it again) and then take up to 5 days to respond, sometimes with complete nonsense instead of further instructions.

If you plan on winning money instead of giving it away for free this could possibly be the worst site to try out, because once you win even a few hundred $ you will never see your money again.

I told them I'd prefer handling this privately but after my last provided document was ignored for over 9 days I feel like warning others is the least i could do. If the situation changes I will update this review with more information.

EDIT as of 23.07 - After almost a month of arguing i have finally managed to get my money, by the looks of it the best way to do so is to escalate either by making a public review/asking to speak to a superior. Raising my rating for 1 star to 2 stars just because i recieved my funds, but if you have other choices(preferably non crypto ones) id probably stay away.

I haven't received my 2000 tether withdrawal for a month. I did KYC verification, but they said it was an enhanced KYC verification and made unreasonable demands to not give me my money. They never gave me my money. It's a scam site. Don't use it.

I Love the betting with esportsbet, and the esc reward program, but would be good to have watch to earn and have more variation to earn esc rewards.
