I bought a Mahlkönig E65 grinder from Espresso Perfetto, and what could have been a difficult experience turned into one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had with any retailer, online or offline.

The first unit had several issues, including dosing inaccuracies and intermittent issues, which are signs of possible transport damage. From the very first response, Lars at Espresso Perfetto was warm, constructive, and solution-oriented. No bureaucracy, no defensiveness, no friction. Espresso Perfetto exchanged the grinder and made sure I had a working replacement unit in time for an event we were hosting that weekend.

Later, when I noticed a small production defect on the new grinder (a dent that almost certainly came from the factory, since the Mahlkönig box was still sealed on arrival), Espresso Perfetto immediately offered to file a warranty claim with Mahlkönig and send me a replacement part. Same approach: friendly, no debate, just sorted.

Throughout the entire process - which spanned several weeks and multiple complications - Espresso Perfetto was professional, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They even included a very nice espresso coffee as a small gesture along the way. The refund was processed in full.

It's also worth mentioning that Espresso Perfetto has excellent prices - genuinely competitive on premium espresso equipment, which is rare in a market full of dealers charging a premium for the same SKUs. So you get strong pricing and outstanding service, which is the combination most buyers are actually looking for.

This is what an amazing online retail experience looks like - regardless of geography or culture. If you're buying premium espresso equipment, I'd buy from Espresso Perfetto again without hesitation. They stand behind what they sell, they're a pleasure to deal with, and they're competitively priced.

A note for international buyers: Espresso Perfetto shipped to Denmark smoothly, with clear communication throughout, and handled the return and replacement logistics across borders without complication. That's not something every international dealer manages - period.

I visited Espresso Perfetto in Oberkassel, Düsseldorf, yesterday and had a frustrating experience.

There was no sign showing a laptop-free area, and the staff said nothing when I ordered and sat down with my laptop. Right after I finished my drink, I was told that laptops are not allowed.

I have no issue with this, but it should be clearly said upfront. It is not acceptable to tell customers to get out.

I also asked about Wi-Fi and was told there was none, even though a network was clearly visible.

I posted this yesterday as a Google review, and it was removed as “defamatory,” which is surprising, as this is accurate.

Espresso Perffetto just lost its charm for me.

The shipment was delivered on time. The packaging was very good.

Quick delivery, fair pricing and a nice product bundle - and that's already the 2nd espresso maker we are buying at Espresso Perfetto.

I bought Pietro grinder from this site and evrything was perfetto starting from fast processing of my order ending with great packaging.

I had a good experience purchasing a dual boiler machine from EP. The customer service is fast and very responsive, especially during the busy holiday period. The only thing I would change is the shipping partner, as DHL expected me to collect the delivery from the middle of the road, that's not EP's fault but I think there are better shipping partners who complete the service better.

Ordered a Profitect PRO700 and Eureka grinder at Perfetto Espresso The Hague Netherlands. When moving to a new house I also wanted to connect the machine to the water pipe. Somehow it didn't work and with the service of the owner in the Hague I managed to find out what the problem was. He even whatsapped me in the evening hours. Another issue months later when facing slight problems with my grinder. Same help. Extraordinary service!!

I ordered there a coffee grinder.
When it came the package was a bit used and on the metal parts of the grinder, there have been some scratches.

I contacted Espresso Perfetto twice and I didn't receive an answer yet!
So nothing is "perfetto" at this shop!

These guys are the best suppliers of Coffee Machines, accessories and equipment in Europe. They are extremely professional, have an outstanding sales manager and staff. They provide only quality products, are very reliable, and dispatch is unbelievably rapid. My most recommended business on the continent!!

Spent over £1400 on this coffee machine and it broke within 9 months, I was reluctantly sent a new part with no instructions as it was under warranty. It lasted another 10 months and then the same problem ocurred. I am now left with a very expensive machine I cannot use with no support from the seller, I seem a burden to him and he is very unwilling to help me fix my machine. Very disappointing.
