Some issues.

It’s a robust cover, which I wanted, but it’s also very heavy which can be difficult. I would prefer it to have a foldable cover that is easily flipped into position. The static cover is awkward in its manoeuvrability. I’ve had it a few weeks and I’m still not used to it.

I like the look and feel of the cases

I like the look and feel of the cases, however the back scratches just from charging wirelessley (its really noticebale after just a couple of days) and my case has some loose fringes on the edges.

I want too add that their customer service is great and I received a new case free of charge. I havent had time to try out the new case though

Excellent customer support

Delivery was extremely fast, and the product lives up to what is shown on the website.
After a small issue, I contacted customer support and they acted immediately, both AI and human support, and everything was fully resolved within a few days.

ESR makes quality products

ESR makes quality products. I have been a customer of theirs for years, and I am always pleased with my purchases. I just received the CryoBoost 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Station (25W, Qi2.2) and it is exactly what I was looking for to charge my iPhone 17 Pro on my bedside. The phone charges fast and stays cool when charging. the design is perfect to charge my AirPods and my Apple Watch Ultra. I also learned that I can disconnect the watch holder to reveal a USB-C port where I can connect devices for 5w charging, eliminating the need for another charging brick. Their customer service is fast and helpful. I highly recommend ESR and their excellent products.

Esr has a top first class customer…

Esr has a top first class customer service, I experienced a delivery issue on my first order due to local carrier error. But they handled my request with so much professionalism and efficiency (even with hybrid AI and Human customer support) that we found a solution in a very short time.
I can say that ESR product nor customer service are incredibly qualitative and careful about their customers.

Cases for iPhone Air and iPhone 16

Bought the case for iPhone air for a friend. He likes it very very much. However, the frosted blue case I got for myself for my iPhone 16…I don’t like the blue colour at all. It’s so greenish. The design is so good but the colour is terrible.

Great customer support

This is my 1st time purchasing an ESR phone case and I am genuinely impressed. Their customer support was prompt and responsive which made the entire experience very pleasant and reassuring. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely consider ESR again in future!

ESR is a great company and makes great products

ESR makes great products in general. I purchased an iPad Air keyboard case - fits great, customizable in being able to reposition the tablet in portrait or landscape, good typing experience and love that there isn't a "kickstand" behind the case so I can fit it on smaller surfaces.
Their customer service is great. I was recently emailing them, they responded quickly, and provided very helpful tips / recommendations.
Highly recommend their products.
