ITS A SCAM! the worst customer service do NOT waste your time. They made me get a fail, didnt meet the deadline and didnt respond when i contacted them

THE WORST, THE WRITERS ARE NOT EVEN ENGLISH.
THEY DONT LISTEN TO DIRECTIONS AND THEY MADE ME WASTE 3 MONTHS

It was a horrible experience. Do not let yourselves fooled by this company. The writing was horrible, i paid for 1st class and i got a fail instead. The communication with their team is horrible, they do not answer the phone, they have a robot that answers your emails. So wahtever you write in the email you get something like
Dear Customer,

We deeply regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused to you and completely understand your concern.

As we have already mentioned to you in our previous emails that we care for our customers and we go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.

100% customer satisfaction is provided through our free unlimited revision facility or rewrite.

You are still our valued customer and would like to have a strong customer relationship with you and would like to satisfy your concern to the fullest. You seem to be utterly dissatisfied with the paper sent out to you and we acknowledge your concern.

Kindly get back to us so we can maintain a long term relationship and we will provide you with a re written paper from scratch by the senior most writers of our company. The quality of this new paper will be highly maintained keeping in consideration your all concerns.

We hope to help you in future with more orders. Kindly get back to us with your feedback.

They take your money and they don't care about you. I am struggling to even get my money back.

If I could I would give zero stars to this service.
Do not use it.

They have driven me crazy by sending me an essay written so badly. The essay was written in an incomprehensible English. Written by non English writers who have no idea on how to write in English.

Everything was wrong about the essay. The content was wrong, the language was completely from another planet.

They say that they provide an infinite amount of corrections and re-writings, but when there is s deadline and they keep sending back corrected work that is still just so bad that it cannot be delivered, what do you do?

This service is just a complete joke. They have ruined me. You will regret using this service.

I am so angry for what they have done to me.
